I really need help! Ok so here's the deal: I flashed the new RA-dream v1.3.2 recovery this morning and coming from MLIGN 3.0 Hero I wiped EVERYTHING the recovery allowed me to: data + cache, Dalvik-cache, battery stats? and rotate settings along with repartitioning my sd card. After that I wanted to go back to Cyanogen's 4.2.3.1 so I wiped but it now won't go past the Tmobile G1 Screen! I've tried everything, including flashing other Rom's wiping partitioning again, letting it stay at the screen for and hour! all in all I can't get past it, but I can get to recovery.. did I do something wrong? any help would be great cause till then, I'm phoneless
when you do an adb logcat, are you seeing a restart loop?
Recently I wiped my G1 because it became so slow, after I wiped it I just pressed back and reboot it, the it boots to T-mobile and then Theme screen, after a while it just stuck on the black screen and won't boot to Home, and the battery became warm, I need to pull out the battery to turn it off.
What should I do here now??
Thanks for any replies
you needed to wipe davlik-cache not the whole phone. wiping the whole phone will break the rom youre running. u need to reflash a rom in order to get your phone to work properly.,
That's the problem... --'
Thanks Brian. Glad I backed up my Rom with nandroid backup.
I'll remember that next time.
No matter what rom I install it works perfectly on the first boot, but if I restart it the touch screen dies. I can still use the tracker ball to move around and do stuff, but the screen just doesnt work. Its like the digitizer works on first boot, but not on second boot. Any ideas why? Please I really need to know soon its my grandpas and he is leaving soon. :/ Also if I wipe the dalvik cache and reboot the screen works again.
How long does the touch screen work after you wipe the Dalvik? And what happens if you drop a stock ROM on it?
So my phone has been a little buggy for a while now, nothing major, just kind of annoying so I backed it all up, and went to recovery to wipe and fresh install android. The aroma installer got stuck on wiping cache, so after half an hour I rebooted the phone, and tried to just wipe the partitions from the recovery. same thing, got stuck and I had to reboot. the phone wont boot back up so I guess it was able to wipe the system partition at least, I'm 99% sure its the cache partition thats the problem. I tried both twrp and cwm, and nothing. phone is of course unlocked, and s-off as well. as a side note, I sent my phone in a few months back to have the camera fixed, and they said they replaced the motherboard as well, though when I got it back I was able to wipe the phone no problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Fixed. Mods please delete this. thanks
My LeEco S3 X522 has not been able to get past the just a sec screen. At first it was after unlocking the phone it would just stay on the loading android screen but i was able to get into the settings by using the notification bar at that time i was using pixel experience but not the latest (one before the latest) so i updated and still would not work so i just formatted everything completely then re installed the latest pixel experience. Now i am stuck on the just a sec screen when starting up the phone. The phone goes dim then the screen goes off yet i am still able to use the hardware nav buttons ( they dont do anything but light up and vibrate). Screen will come back on after a few mins but it just repeats it self.
Also, prior to this happening my phone was dropped and the screen cracked. It took a week or two until i fixed the screen.

Try flashing 8 august nano gapps.
Do you have a nandroid backup of Pixel experience, if yes, then you can restore it and remove all sorts of screenlocks via twrp (Google how to) . Then flash latest gapps and os zip. Clear dalvik and cache. It should work.
It did not work. Still on just a second, even with the august 10th GAPPS. I formatted everything completely. No OS etc. Then i tried to install the stock ROM by using the chinese twrp (YDDS or something like that). It has worked before but now it did not even boot into the recovery screen unless its US twrp. I flashed RR OS (Oreo) and it would just boot loop. I can't seem to find any solution. I do not see why even after formatting all data, neither ROM will load. (Have noticed on twrp it says it could not find internal storage, yet it installs the ROMS and GAPPS. Not sure what that is about but could not find anytning online.)

Try the 6 July gapps here https://github.com/opengapps/arm64/releases/tag/20190706
I think it shouldn't give rise to your issue.
Remember to flash the nano version.
It's possible your data partition is corrupt.
First wipe system, cache , dalvik cache and data.
Then repair data, format to ext2 and them reformat to ext4. Then reboot to recovery and repair data again and finally wipe it. Reboot to recovery again. Flash stock ROM first. Then flash your preferred ROM.

Sadly it still didn't work. Possible the memory chip itself is damaged? Idk
