What exactly do you mean? Do you want wm6.5 on your HD?
If so follow this guideline for how to flash cooked roms. All future queries regarding flashing should be posted in that thread

is there any way you can get WM 6.5 on an htc touch diamond?
i've heard that apparently it's not compatible?

Would be interested to hear as well. Original Windows Mobile 6.5 without any personal add-ons/tweaks.

Take a look in the ROM section! There are loads of 6.5 ROM's to choose from. If you want a standard 'untweaked' version check out this ROM... download V8 in post #2... superb!

Diamond2 official rom on Diamond?
Hi all,
Since the official 6.5 rom is available for Diamond2 (Topaz):
RUU_Topaz_S_HTC_WWE_2.16.405.4_Radio_Sign_Topaz_61.44tc.25.32_4.49.25.17_Ship
It brings up the question, is it possible or does it make any sense to load it on Diamond, should it work? Of course NBHUtil must be used first.

WM 6.5 Help

Hi everyone.
I am not really a hardcore HTC Diamond user as I just use it for the basic such as texting and calling so I was wondering is there anyway I can upgrade to WM 6.5 from 6.1 which is what I am running at the moment with a custom Gen Y ROM.
I dont use TF3D as it feel it's to in your face just like to keep it simple with simple WM running.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Can I do this via upgrading the actual OS or what?

First of all you have Hard-SPL?
If yes download any rom you want and flash it same like wm6.1 rom

Ok so I can download the Windows 6.5 Revolution Titanium edition A and flash it using RUU and it would be upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.5?
EDIT: Yes I already have Hard SPL installed and a custom ROM.

i m new to windows mobiles. i got and HTC diamond on which wm 6.5 is installed. window's interface and other options are very slow.
i want to downgrade wm6.5 to wm 6.1. can any1 plz guide me how can i do this by my self. i tried to search for how to downgrade wm but cant succeede.

you will need to reflash your diamond, and how to do that you have a s*it load of reading to do, if you never done it before

All you need to do is download your shipped rom and run the exe once you are synced with your pc.
