We Mexicans are celebrating today as every year "El Día de Muertos" Day of the dead, to celebrate with a big national party to all of our dear people that have passed away. No tears just celebration!

A technology called EAB/presence provisioning allows both calls and data at the same time without volte
However there are 2 very huge problems
EAB works with older technology like 3g so most carriers don't want to adopt it
EAB is useless on 4g since the device has to fall back to 3g anyway for calling without volte
