Games using G-Sensor? - Hero, G2 Touch Themes and Apps

Hey there,
I was just wondering if there are any free/paid games for HTC Hero which can make use of G-Sensor?
Something like a racing game like what is already there for iPhone where you steer the car by just turning the phone?
Thanks.

Don't know of any car games, just some other games like. Papijump, Papipole, Labyrinth, and fishing. Maybe someone can comment on a car game?
Good luck

Angry Birds for Android (Lite) OUT NOW!!!

http://www.talkandroid.com/13118-an...lite-officially-confirmed-for-friday-release/
Woohoo! I love this game on iTouch because it's so damn addicting! But damn, i'm gonna have to do all those levels again . Now here's hoping to Plants vs Zombies!
woopwoop this is a really fun game
if they port PvZ.. I hope they include the other modes as well.. not just adventure
+1 to pvz!

I love plants vs zombies.
And i've beat most of Angry Birds, so I don't know that I'd buy it again.

I never noticed if it did. Most of the time I played though people would take 40+ minutes to play their turn.
I was playing one night while watching a movie on my tv, and I was able to watch the whole 2 hour movie and then some family guy before the person played their next turn.
Want to know their word? W-I-T-H. 2 and a half hours for a 10 point word. Srsly?
Words with friends with cross platform Feint = Willing to pay 10$ for that.. if that ever happens..
Word feud still has those damn annoying pop ups. I think WWF would be much better based on it being like the iphone/touch version. Wordfeud needs to implement stats, as well as resign for the non current player to really be a good game.
I was just turned on to Angry Birds, I am sure it will be really good after a couple months on Android.
WordFeud is still a work in progress and it is getting better with each update. I would definitely pay for it to have the ads go away.
I will pay for plants vs zombie like MURDER money
Go get it!
Does anyone know where the beta apk can be downloaded? It's not showing up in my marketplace
I checked my market place and don't see it. Is it really there? Is there a qrcode for it?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I897 using XDA App
I saw "Angry Birds" on Appbrain, but it is a scam trading on the good name of the iPhone game.
Found it on AppBrain. Has a QRCode too for those that don't have AppBrain installed.
Angry Birds on AppBrain
Is anyone else not getting angry birds in their market?
QR Code doesn't find anything in the market...

Best games?

I am getting a nexus s soon and would love to hear what you think are the best games for it.

Well, it's definitely got the horsepower to drive anything on the Market. I have an SGS, but for driving games Asphalt and NFS look and perform great. I have NOVA from Gameloft, a FPS--also runs and looks great. One of my faves is Minisquadron, which isn't graphically awesome, but nice arcade action.

OnLive on Xbox360 & PS3.

Finally, we'll all be able to play the same games online together, regardless of platform!
http://uk.gear.ign.com/articles/117/1179475p1.html
This is exciting
this means there will be more gamers to play with
however still ps3 has there exclusive games and xbox has there exclusive games, but would be good for call of duty and other games that are across the platforms

Good point, but it does mean that PS3 and Xbox360 users alike will be able to play the exclusives from consoles they don't have!
I'm a PS3 guy, but I did own an Xbox360 for a while, purely for Halo. It would be GREAT to play that again!

It's just an Onlive viewer app, so you can watch people playing. It's quite immersive! Maybe I'm just a bit of a voyeur
There's apparently a player app coming at some point, so we'll be able to play console games on our phones. Crazy!

It's a gaming "platform", I guess. It's basically console & PC games streamed over the internet so you can play them with a dedicated viewer box, or on your PC.
Go to http://www.onlive.com/ and sign up (for free) and you can watch people's games in progress and see what's available.

No - that's the beauty of it. It streams games from their service. You still have to buy them, obviously, but they're cheaper than "the real thing".

I had the same problem. I had to log into the Android market on my computer and bought it then it downloaded to my Xoom.
The game is cool and works well until you leave the range and then openfeint crapware kicks in and nukes game play, you have to restart the game to get a different weapon.
did 2 reviews about the game on android market and the devs pulled 1 review down, i suspect my second review will be pulled shortly..lol
Buy it if you can put up with openfeint ware crapping out ALL the time.
EDIT: LOL, yup, second review has been pulled. LOL

Dish Anywhere on Chromecast

I was wondering if any one has had Dish Anywhere playing on a pc with google chrome and used the cast entire screen option to stream it to the tv with chromecast? I really want to buy one if this works. Thanks for any help.

Wishful thinking! Dish is a bunch of iOS fanbois and don't give a crap about Android! They have 3 apps for iOS and 1 for Android. They can't even release a freaking app to remote control a hopper...

A work around would be impossible if Dish is not going to build it in. Just buy a cheap Android stick and you can run Dish Anywhere on there. This is how I get Dish to my TV in the Garage...
