I have just updated my XDA III to windows mobile 2005, works almost fine but:
- camera does not work,
- less funktions than in 2003 se
Moreover it has changed my 'country ID' to unknown country devicedata.txt file made by GetDeviceData.bat inside my PALM looks strange !!! Help
Finaly I cant open new rom file (bad code) , someone maybe know how to find this code ??? File are aviable here :

This to due to the rom format change from type I to Type 2, also explained in wiki.
I am not sure what Rom 1.12.183 Is, hoever the 1.12.182 was a German Rom by T-mobile.
Why would you want that one back if Tmobile has a 1.42 rom in german.
Best thing for you would be to read wiki.

Why not go with the 1.40 or 1.42 WWE Roms. ? Your Radio is old as well as your BT stack.

k after flashing it with the Underground Cross bow edition ROM nothing happend ... only when i boot up the PDA, imean starts up , very beautiful WINDOWS MOBILE 6.0 Logo comes up with just like an XP black background in loading action, & then the old WM 5.0 loading image comesup & the same old OS , nothing change , now the Current Versions of my ROM are as follows

This is 2.33.708.1 WWE CHT. Not new rom. I think new rom 2.33.721.1 is HK Cht.
Results: No new WWE ROM.

CHT Pro2 in Hong Kong can't update to this WWE version.
Confirmed.
My device is not suitable with this ROM also. Do not know yet why... then dare not to go ahead even downloading already.
i think this fix will be made available to everyone else later on right ?? just checked, my TP2 also displays the RAM as 256mb...
says its not compatible with my set when i key in my s/n. singapore set, factory unlocked.

if you wanna download the ROM from the official site that I've posted, you MUST use a S/N from Hong Kong English Pro2
I have replace the *** by 000 and the S/N is Ok
In fact the *** needs to be in (000-129) and the serial will be ok. if the *** is > 129, serial is no Ok.

some of the S/N start by "HT965LL02" belong to "SGP,Malaysia,Philipine" Pro2 which have a "Part Description" of "SKU,HTC,English-WWE,SGP,Malaysia,Philipine,WWE Keypad,Silver,w/o SIM Lock,RHODIUM-C9#ASIA"
