Best Free RSS Reader?

Anyone have a suggestion for the best finger friendly FREE RSS reader? (no ads preferrably)
I'm using BeyondPod 2.8.0. It does its job and it's free. http://www.codeplex.com/beyondpod
I use Google Reader through the mobile internet. There are occasional ads on the bottom of the posts, though.
I use Google Reader on my tilt and on my desktop and it works great. Get all your favorite feeds and you can tag them into separate categories. Try it out.
I use viigo, but wouldn't say it's that great, I too am looking for something new.
Google Reader myself.
I use Bloglines Mobile. Love it!
Newsgator Go! is pretty fantastic, plus there's a Newsgator Inbox that feeds to my Outlook on the PC, and of course an online reader as well. The nice thing about them is that they all sync to a web server so I don't get feeds that I already read on my phone downloading to the PC and vice versa.
Newsgator Go
Totally agree on the fact that it is very nice. Being able to read the RSS feeds both from a PC browser or Windows Mobile is fantastic. And both are synced. Plus you can download your podcast with it on you WM device.
Highly recommended and .... free
I suggest to try pRSSreader. Its an open source feed reader with great support for offline reading and with the option to sync with google reader.

BeyondPod is nice - but there is no Today plug-in that I found.
I like Egress the best - the today plug-in is awesome.

What news reader do you use?

I didn't like NewsRob and the browser bookmark to Google Reader itself is getting a bit tiresome, does anyone use anything else?

OPDS Application for Nook Touch? Use with Stock Reader

I don't know too much about OPDS yet, but it seems like the only tools that consume a catalog are built in to existing reader apps (Cool Reader, Alkido, etc.).
I want to create a local OPDS catalog (using Calibre2OPDS) and be able to browse it on the Nook Touch. But when I get to an EPUB I want it to launch in the stock reader.
Is an OPDS catalog just an RSS feed that I can consume with any RSS reader? Would that be the way to go?

Need a solid PDF reader

Guys I need a good PDF reader. I use it to read Programming / coding related books most of the time. The conversion of such books to ePub isn't that good. So any good pdf reader out there ?
My problem is, font size will be too low when opened in PDF. Then I have to zoom in & zoom out, to turn to next page. Imagine this for books having 1000 pages :O
So suggest me a good PDF reader.
TIA
Adobe reader and ez pdf reader both have text reflow. That sounds like just what you need.
I have been using Moon Reader Pro for both PDFs and Ebooks... loving it thus far. Been using it for a few weeks. There is a free version as well, and it supports Calibre servers natively.

Click to collapse
Oh ! How do I activate that ? I already have Adobe Reader installed
Open the pdf. On the latest version, click the view button (3rd from right on top bar) and select reflow text. It only works if it's a text-based pdf, scanned ones won't work.
^thank u ! It somewhat solves my problem. Are there any better solution for it ?
Give Mantano Reader a try.
