how to upgrade 6.1 to 6.5 TP2

Hello,
Need Help to upgrade my TP2 with 6.5 here is my ROM DETAILS:
ROM VER. 1.19.707.2 (51489) WWE
ROM DATE : 06/22/09
RAIDO VER. 3.44.25.27
PROTOCOL VER. 61.25T.25.19U

How to install windows 6.5 on HD

Hello guys i am very new to windows mobile can any one help me to flash a Rom ie windows mobile 6.5 on HTC TOUCH HD from the basic.
My current Rom version is 1.18.707.3 (23358) WWE
Radio version 1.09.25.14 and Protocol version 52.49a.25.26U

Kaiser connection problem

Hi !
I installed HardSPL 3.29 and this ROM: WM 6.1 (3.28.405.0 WWE, Radio version: 1.65.17.56 ) and Manila 2d. The connection ( WIFI, Bluetooth, HSDPA) not working.
What is the problem ? Please help me.

Please try to install your ROM again using a stock ROM, such as one downloaded from HTC or your provider, for example http://rapidshare.com/files/55298724/RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_.exe
Then try again with your ROM: WM 6.1 (3.28.405.0 WWE, Radio version: 1.65.17.56 ) and Manila 2d. .
Be sure your Kaiser is SIM-unlocked before you try any of the above steps

How can i update Radio Version???

Questions to those China users. Can you guys opal displays Chinese character. If yes, can I know what you are using and what are the necessary applications for the opal to display Chinese Character.
My original Opal ROM was initially able to display Chinese character, but after flashing to Jagan's ROM, the Opal now is unable to displays Chinese character.
