Who has an experience to copy a keybddr.dll from arabic rom

hi to all
i would like to copy the file keybddr.dll from ftp://ftp.clubimate.com/K-JAM_Arabic_2160901_21609102_20710_ship.zip rom
but always get an error
somebody give me the file , or tell how to do it!!

hi guys i have a very stupid question but i think i have to ask......i want to cook a rom and dnt know from where to begin......i want anyone plz give me a start up with this.....that from where to begin.......so if any one help me....it will be the warm welcome.......u can share your some ideas how to cook a rom or share link from where i can i find thr procedure to create a rom.
