Ghost app : 1-Calc

I have a program installed which doesnt show up in programs folder. Neither does it show up in uninstall programs.
I found it by navigating to program files\OmegaOne
How do I get rid of it?
Why doesnt it show in programs under start menu or in the uninstall list?
thanks

Previous install or uninstall process might have been unsuccessful. You can simply delete the folder and clean the registry either manually or using one of the tools like SKTools.
I reinstalled it then was able to see it in programs and uninstall list.
Its gone now.

Impossible to uninstall some programs?

Hi,
There are couple apps that I can't uninstall: I run parameter/system/remove programs and I get an error like "This app could not be completly removed. Do you want to remove it from the installed program?"
I hit Yes, but still it does not remove it from the list.
Any idea?

Comm Manager - insufficient privileges

I just upgraded my Wing to the latest ROM available by TMobile. Now, my comms manager is all screwed up. No icons show and I can't enable/disable the items. I tried installing all of the alternative Comm Managers I could find on this forum, but they all fail during the install saying that the program has "insufficient privileges" to install. Any ideas on what I could try?
wow thats a random error ill try a hard reset if it still doesnt work try the older tmo rom or a cooked rom
You don't have permissions, so change the permissions with the same cabs you use before you HardSPL.
I have the same problem too, but just soft reset and reinstall, it works. Don't know why
Yup, I reset to factory defaults and then my original Comm Manager works fine. Reinstalled everything ok. However, I still can't install any new Comm Managers. I still get the "insufficient permissions" error. Maybe this is a noob question, but how do I change permissions on a CAB?

It means that you didn't close the CommManager before you tried to install over it. lol

problem with Remove Programs in my X1

I met a strange problem. Whatever I installed on my X1, it didn't show in the list of Remove Programs. I have to use SKtools to uninstall software.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Mod. edit: not t&a related, moved to general
strange, far as I remember all my installed apps where always properly listed in remove soft
can you tell what rom you are on and name some of the apps you use? might help getting feedback
I used stock rom -GR version.
Problem was happened after I install TF3DHB2 and panel for it (download from thread [Panels]Sense/TouchFlo3D, Titanium, SPB Mobile Shell, Androkkid, iFonz 2, Infinity ). Since TF3DHB2 doesn't work well, I uninstall it and install TF3DHB3. Then it is missing from list of Remove Programs. Software installed after can not be shown on the list except Spb mobile shell. I tried mortscript and it is missing too.
