Ahen Starry Night Theme
I have been alot of time request to share my Ahen Rom Theme, but i always had in mind to share it with everyone as soon as i get time. So here it is. Its a mix of anything and everything i got from somewhere and some of my own editing. I have take some creation from deviant art, amarullz, and few other. This theme well match well with Kane’s Fonts, Ahen Lockscreen and Ahen Taskbars.

After install and reboot I see change in the start menu taskbar (butterfly and big X), not in the today screen. In Setting/Home there's no Ahen Theme either.

thats strange. ahen.tsk is cooked in the cab. go to windows folder and see if ahen.tsk is there or not?

IF NYONE HAVING ISSUE WITH VGA VERSION THEN DO LET ME KNOW.

issue solved. actually the attributes were set to hidden. fixed now. uploading new cabs in 2mins.

I must have gotten mine after you did that. Anyway, very nice theme. I sometimes switch to a couple of alternate UIs that don't display the system theme's wallpaper. Any chance you might make the wallpaper available separate from the theme? Thanks.

In the new cab, after reset I get the same as before. In Setting/Home Ahen.tsk appears, but if you enable it it removes the customisation!

you mean that you donot see start icon on today screen but every where else. if this is the issue then its normal. if ur seeing customization of icon on other screens then its normal.
cause these is some conflict of start icon by theme as well as by shellres dll.
Not only that, but when I activate the ahen theme, the softkey taskbar customisation disappears from all the screens. Not to mention that the top taskbar, menu and background customisations never came, with or without ahen theme.

Awesome theme! exactly what i was looking for. Replaced the start icon with the htc logo. here it is if anyone whats it. just copy these files to your windows directory and reboot. also a screen shot of how it looks.

as u have a WVGA device can u provide some more screen shots as qvga theme has some bugs so i wanted to check.

I am also facing the same issue....
but when i choose any theme other than Ahen i get betterfly logo and mostly similer theme (as shown in screenshot) but when i choose Ahen theme under today screen its look very ugly...
Also some time betterfly logo dosent appear in today screen while it appears on start menu.
pls suggest...

The analog clock comes in the middle'ish of the digi clock when installed via M2DC i have it off
sick.......most def going to try this out....i'll give you the feedback once installed on my device.....

Only thing thats stopping me from flasing this theme RIGHT THIS MINUTE is...the icons. if i could get this theme with the icons from the kehroh glass v2 theme (in the dev & hacking forum, m2d skins thread, post #120 has a screenshot of the icons i'm talking about) this would be the illest theme on the street! i dunno if theres a way to do those icons like that but damn it would be tight! Cheers m8!

I like it, with one suggestion: lower the image on the dialer so that it lines up with the background and s2u2 images.
I realize that this will cut off the bottom of it for the answer slider, but it will correspond better to the rest of the theme.

Thankyou for idea, but if i cut that down you wouln't see hardly any of the image & the consistency is from unlock to homescreen i.m.o.
If someone requests the image would be happy to edit.
i love it brother, i put it on after download yesterday and this has to be my fav theme so far. very nice, and don't change a thing on it!!!

The battery and signal icons in the ROM i use in sig, the slide to answer is part of Opal Canvas "in most custom ROMs"
If your using a custom you could try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3281609&postcount=5044 it's the PDA_Corner_Battery_Icon_Original.cab that'd you use if want non % if want % it's the other.
"I say if use custom as know some stocks don't hold the required .dll for Opal Canvas to work"

It dosent seem to be uninstallable.
The icons cab overwrites a dll also. You lose the nice big wm6.5 finger friendly submenus and it puts the old looking wm6.1 ones in place of them. bronzeres.dll is altered/replaced and if you dont back it up first, you may have to hard reset to get your original look back. Lets just say I found out the hard way

The bronzeres.dll has to be altered to change the icons.... I installed and uninstalled this cab at least 4 or 5 times and it didn't affect anything.
@ adam sorry man I uploaded the wrong file... you should be able to manually remove the st_water files from your device and the old ones should come back

Maybe its a rom specific problem then, it does in the RRE 6.5 rom, at least on mine. As soon as I install the cab, the sub menus are changed to the smaller old style ones. After uninstall they remain.

Just some to use in a launcher type panel, like for opera, internet sharing, total commander, to get started. I figured you would probably have a psd or xcf file or something to easily make new ones by changing text. Thanks for the matching taskbar.

Firstly id like to say that this skin is amazing, here are a few things i found after install, starting from the top down:
1: "Start" text has not changed
2: Cannot change "getting started" text to say "Programs"
3: text for the weather seems slightly indented and smaller
4: the Notifications Panel (CHome) does not point to any icons in the bronzres.dll
This is really really nice though.

I am not sure, I didn't install anything except,ATContacts and Titanium weather, as far as the font, I have noticed on the last font I was using that sometimes not all the fonts will display, usually an uninstall and reinstall will fix it. Glad you like it though, if you don't mind a hard reset, and have everything backed up I'd be curious to see if it installs correctly.
Over at the Topaz forum, a poster released the ATT Warhawk theme for the Diamond II. Would anyone be able to convert it to work with the Fuze in VGA?

until they do you can get some of it into your exisitng tf3d theme. I have one of the black diamond themes loaded then I added the wallpaper and blue td3d highlights. I also skinned S2U2 and G-Alarm with the same wallpaper.

using tf3d, go to the settings tab, choose "wallpaper", select the portrait file in the attached zip and you are good to go. Depending upon your version of tf3d and/or theme you use, you may have the wallpaper change on just the home tab or on all tabs. I didn't have to resize to work with my tf3d that I'm currently using.

you only need the portrait because the landscape wallpaper doesn't existing in tf3d, at least tf3d v1 & v2, v2.5 may have the ability to use both P & L.

its the Theme. so wallpaper + selection/highlight color when you are in windows shell.. not in TF3D
and yes it can be uninstalled
Well after using it for a little. I can say it works really well on TouchFlo 3D2 for the Fuze. Hopefully the Fortress will also have a really nice carrier theme from ATT as well.
Well this installed fine but it is not overwriting the original att_tabbed theme in the Today "Select a theme for your device" window. I have tried to delete the att_tabbed theme first but it says not allowed to delete system files?
Any ideas to get this to work? Possible rename the theme to something else?

First of all thank you very much this looks awesome on my fuze
The only suggestion that I have is that you make the wallpapers 640x640 this will make it look perfect in landscape mode VGA in tf3d2 and the start screen and lock screen. Just a suggestion again thank you very much.
Is this supposed to change the clock in TF3D2 as well? Mine is the standard white clock with black numbers.
Also, the home tab is see threw which looks great. But all the other tabs the tab goes back to being opauge..
I have the slider bar tweek installed could this be why the slider ISNT see threw on all the tabs?

Okay I got the clock to be glass like it is in the screen shots on the first page... Just installed a clock modification. What about the Tab though. What mod was used for this theme and where can we get it if this doesnt work for others? Thanks

2. Download ALL of the files
3. Install ALL of the files
4. Unzip the wallpapers and put them on your device where you can find them
5. Go to Programs > S2U2 > S2U2 settings
6. Open the "Information" tab
7. Set the Clock folders you want to use (because there are more than 2, the clock folders are not pre-set in the cab
8. If you want the second hand to show on the analog clocks, you have to set the time format to hh:mm:ss
9. Go to the wallpaper tab and select your wallpaper, there are walls for portrait and landscape in the zip, you have to set the wall for it to show
10. Adjust any other settings to your liking and hit SAVE.
11. Go to Programs > S2U2 > S2U2 to restart the program and enjoy!

First of all, you must have S2U2 installed to your phone already. This is for WVGA only. Then you must install it to your device, not to your memory card. Then you have to set your desired clock folders. Some more info on the problem that you are having would be nice.

you have to open iLock2 to turn off S2U2 and then restart it. You also have to set the clock folder and wallpaper in the S2U2 settings. Did you even read my last post? What EXACTLY is it not doing? I just re-installed it on my phone and it worked perfectly. Install, set wallpaper, set clock folder, done. If you don't have S2U2, it won't work. This is a THEME, not the Program.

Works great on Tilt 2. Minor issue, my 3G icon is showing native icon. Is this icon part of S2U2 theme? If so could you possibly skin? Otherwise I can easily live with this one. Fantastic work thank you for your efforts, it looks awesome on my phone.

I reworked all of the icons that were built into the theme. I have a CDMA device, so I have no way to test that. Wish I could be of more help, but all i did was rework the existing files of S2U2. Thanks for the compliment, I was very happy to make this theme and I hope you and many more will enjoy it.
Not getting a whole lot of input. Lots of people are downloading but nobody is telling me what they think. I can only improve this theme if I have input guys, otherwise I'll stop development of this project.
i installed the cab, but when I am looking in the folder S2u2 nothing is there.
In windows/Appmgr I found an empty folder Xpressyourcell Dushkish, so I have no idea how to get this working...

it overwrites existing files in s2u2. Just run iLock2 to stop S2u2, go to S2u2 settings and set what clock folders to use and what wallpaper you want then rerun S2u2 and your changes will show up. It is a skin, not a program. As I already stated in POST #3 and Post #5.
Can you please post the files in a zip format?
The cab files crash my S2U2, im using Omnia II.

Friend of mine has the Omnia II and they worked fine on his.

I also got it working on my Omnia, I had to reinstall everything onto the main drive and not my storage.
Initially I had it on my storage(16gig) instead of the main drive(100meg).
Could you possible redo the battery pic? Something along the lines of the flip clock and slider button styling (black, glossy and just all around slick!)
Also, for the top curtain the lock icon is somewhat squished looking, im not sure if thats how you wanted it to look?
Dont mean to sound like a nit picker but I noticed that you were looking for feedback from your previous post.

Thanks for the input. I too am a little unhappy with the lock icon but the spacing on the icons is very specific and I will have to redo the whole top bar. Right now I'm just to busy with other projects and work. Glad you like it.

Made these for anybody who wants a clean looking list view start menu in 6.5.x (arial font instead of tahoma, no selector, paginated scrolling turned off <<makes dragging items much smoother)

Edited the list view cpr files in text pad and changed the hex color values for the text to black...then made a cab file that inserts the files to the proper locations

The start menu has kind of a semi trasparent black overlay which is used to darken the image so the white font can be used on any wallpaper.
To remove this install the attached cab

Sorry to take the thread off topic...
Almost 100% sure it is from the GTX theme. Not to be confused with the GTX .cab. In other words - if you install GTX you won't get the softkey bar. You have to install the GTX theme to go along with it. You can probably install the theme separately from the .cab. But don't take my word for it.

One question though - how did you get the softbar to be opaque? I use the same 6.5.x theme and my softbar is only opaque while I'm in Sense, and then semi-transparent again when I'm in the Start Menu. I looked thoughtout the GTX Sense thread but coudn't find a solution. How did you make it work?
