Hey man looks nice the only thing that throws it off is the top bar color. You should make it match the rest of the theme.

I was thinking the same...The light blue throws it off, right? Thank you for your ideas... I will change it when I get a chance...

I think it's great in its simplicity.
To some people, this is exactly what they're looking for. I don't know about the color comment. I can see where depend on your chosen background, it might throw things off a little. But in general, I personally have no quarrels with it.
Do make sure you make a CRC37-EU version, please!

I would agree on that top bar color. I would suggest a blueish purple shade, something that matches perfectly. =) But otherwise I cant and wont complain, after all it was made for me. ^_^v

Ok now question, is this a addon where I can just do the update and it doesnt hurt anything, or is this treated as the full rom and I could upgrade to the "OfficialCRC" via this?
Cause since JF just retired. I need to update to a new version.

This is a theme upgrade It doesn't disrupt any order of the rom. Also, this is Not an full rom. Upgrade depends on which rom your on.

Yea been talking to that dev too to get notes to post JF to OfficialCRC upgrades. Im gonna attempt it tm and post results on that, dev wanted feedback on that too since JF is gone now but ALOT still use it. So this info would prob help people switch over. =)

WOOHOO! Ok nicely done! I love it. Btw I take back my comment about the top blue bar, Its a PERFECT shade! Just doesnt show right in the screenshot. The bottom purple tho clashes a lil tho with some of my wallpapers tho. Sometimes takes the focus away and stands out. That and as I mentioned in PM the purple background on menu needs some light texture. =) Otherwise Im using it. =D

Exactly where do I go to get these themes?

The 1st page has the downloads, You just pick the one that matches your rom version. I do know something I would like tho.. the Bar that slides the menu up, Is there a way to get that cut down in size? Like where it just is the middle of it like the standard one? Whole bar seems bulky but yea I still love my theme. ^^

I am currently conducting experiments with Metamorph to this theme, as well as updates!

Hello everyone. I am a graphic artist (of sorts) and I thought it may be time to through my hat into the ring. I am consistently blown away by the work here, but I am always missing something...
This is work based upon others work! At its core is Community Espresso, Enoch, and my own personal stuff mixed in. I have done little things for years now and a friend suggested I start posting them for others to use.
First, install SuperD 1.10.3 (awesome music widget!)-I suggest Black Nexus
Boot and let ROM settle for 5 minutes
Install My update file
Enjoy
This will allow you to keep your Nexus launcher and give you the dark interface of the espresso themes. Also includes custom boot image. i am thinking of making some more... YOU WILL LOVE THIS THEME!!!

If you have ideas put them here...
I will keep this updated if there is a response to do more.
I am reworking to fix and will re-posting.

Looks nice! Wish it would come as a metamorph though, as I really like some parts but some minor details I'm not fond of (grey provider name for example, unreadable).

That's what I expected as well But it turned out like this...
Resorted to a Nandroid as also a lot of framework was overwritten that I really liked. Which was a shame, as I really dig your powercontrol widget!

I really like the theme. Everything shows up great. Only thing is that a CUBE app showed up and keeps force closing. Is this something your theme added?

THe cube that was added was for the gesture search by google. I will remove it if it is causing issues for everyone. As for Eris Users, I will see what I can do. I would tend to think that it will work with you as well.

As the ROM is odexed you can't edit services.jar to change this.

Nice theme, though I think i'd rather it had more of a glassy effect rather than silver.

Yeah I agree, I didn't really notice though that it was that silver until I looked hard.

Will try to add some transparency and make the colors a little brighter to see if that helps
BTW that thing where it loads slower. I'll also try to fix that in the next version

[HELP REQ] Porting of UltraLinx Minimal Matte Mod for Froyd 1.4.4

Anyone fancy trying to port this theme? It has some really nice widgets, I've had a go, but I can't get it right. I am using Froyd 1.4.4

it says for all rooted devices but it fails on something about iv not got switch pro widget installed, but i have got it installed, i might try taking it out and trying again
Edit it always fails on the switchpro.apk iv even pushed it to sys/apps like it asks for, not sure then

I had that theme on my phone less than an hour ago. I've been using it since the 1.4.4 release. So you're doing something wrong if you can't get it to work.

or i need to copy framework.res from 1.4.4 and replace over framework.res in Minimal_Matte_Theme zip file... lol i have no idea

yes that was my thought to but the previous comment said he tested it

It needs porting, for one it is for HDPI devices so the images the wrong size, and two it was designed to work with the Rosie framework only. The guy who says it works is unfortunately talking out of his ass.
I just wondered if someone could help with porting it over it won't flash on the hero in it's current state

EDIT: I don't remember correctly, it's been a while; But I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I'm pretty sure I flashed one of the flashables posted @ MinimalMatte thread over 1.4.4 (after updating from 1.4.0). I remember that's the only theme I got to work besides the Galaxy S one.
Another EDIT: I've actually still got the theme, apart from the Status/Notification bar. Let me get some screenshots.

i havent noticed any drop in performance

Haha, this theme is fantastic. It made everything go transparent, LITERALLY everything xD.
After I applied the theme, everything went transparent. I could feel the vibrations of various functions (such as the launcher, the end-button being held and so on) though nothing appeared on the screen. But everything was working.
I rebooted (Holding End and then touching on my guess ), but then I fell into a bootloop. And luckily, I didn't have a backup. So it's time for a new ROM.
I wish it had worked for me, it's a nice theme. (I was on tytung ICS 2.8)

well dont know why it didnt work for you
cause as you can see it works perfectly on my hd2
and ive run every beta version that he has pushed out
and never had any issues with it

It's for CM10/JellyBean, the ROM you were using was CM9. Well, I guess it at least gives you an excuse to try out some new ROMs then
