Hi, I'd like to uninstall .net framework from my X1, as it is a 2008 phone and I believe late 2008 phones already have the .net framework.
I have no idea why I installed it... so does the X1 already include it or not?
(Either way I need it for advance config)

I installed a clean ROM with no customizations. However, when I try to run a few programs, I get an error that says .NET framework is not up to date. Where do I get the latest and how to install it?
TIA

You should download and install .NET Compact Framework 2.0.

Yes, v3.5 is the latest version of the compact framework as IceMan2005 states. However, the Diamond comes with v2.0 as standard. Many of the cooked ROM's include v3.5 which can be downloaded from Microsoft's website.
I saw some post saying that install .NET framework 3.5 help save Diamond battery life.
Is that true?
I'm still using the ROM .NET framework 2.0. I'm not upgrade to 3.5 because it used up quite a lot in my device memory.
Please share if you have did that and verified.
well as far as i have read and observed net 3.5, increases speed some apps that use .net but some apps are incompatible so you can install .net3.5 and .net configuration.cab to select with apps you want to run with 2 and which with 3.5. search the threads for the cabs.
I've been trying out a few of the ROMs here which have all been excellent, but some of them only have .NET 3.5. That wouldn't be a problem except a few of my programs require .NET Compact Framework 2.0.7045 to run.
I found a 2.x version here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=266267, but unfortunately it was v2.0.5238.0 and it didn't work. I use the .Net Configuration Tool to select which app use which version of .Net. Does anyone know where I can find this version? Thank you

Hello!
I have a Huawei Honor 6 phone and I really love xposed framework! My only problem is that the newest xposed isn't supported on Huawei. (yet?) I'm using a old xposed framework called 2.4.1 xperia test that works, but some of the new modules tells me to update to the latest version. (KeepChat, YouTube etc)
So my question is: Is it possible to remove the version check in the modules or spoof the xposed version to latest? Or is it other stuff in the code that makes it impossible for new modules to work with old framework?
Regards!
Did you try 2.7 experimental 1 & disable resource hooks in Settings?
Yes tried that, but then xblast tools won't work.. I think xblast is more important so I need to use the old 2.4.1.
