Just bought a new Qtek 9090 here in France. I was very interested in changing the ROM over to an English version but I wonder if changing from French to English ROM will cause a problem with the keyboard.
Here in France they use the AZERTY keyboard whereas most of the world uses the QWERTY keyboard. I looked around in the settings and couldn't find anything that lets me select a English keyboard so if I did manage to swap the ROM does that mean that I would be stuck with QWERTY software and AZERTY hardware?

Did you get a good deal on the phone or something? Why didn't you just purchase the QWERTY version? IE: PDA2K.
There in "GENERAL" it's a thread that can help you to remap the keyboard.
It's unfinished project but You can try it.

I really like the sliding panel. However, I don't want to flash WM6.1. Is it possible to make the CHOME working on the S730 original OS, oe. WM6 ?

I have a Motorola MPX200 and a HTC Tornado, both of them with WM6 in Spanish, because M$ haven't released Spanish MUIs yet (wm6.1 localized images doesn't exists yet)...
If anybody knows how to use chome for wm6, your help will be appreciated...

does someone hold or know where to get the norwegian T9(x) cab. I have a dutch diamond but I live in Norway. Since Im born in the Netherlands I use the dutch T9 also. I can switch between languages but norwegian is not present.
Hopefully someone can help me. A search didnt gave a result!

Hello all,
I am trying to find scandinavian text support for xperia x1. I have updated one of the newest 6.5 rom in to my phone. There isnt any support for scandinavian letters, these are Ö, Ä and Å. Finnish and Swedish people uses these letters. I have managed to change regional settings to finland, but that doesnt change the keyboard language.
Does anyone know how can i get them into my new 6.5 windows mobile phone system? tho still havent found anyone discussing about this issue.
