It's looking nice, but I think you should make the icon font color darker in the "All Applications" window so that it's easier to read (more contrast).
i agree should be darker.

Now i HATE the new gmail. The red, the white contrast and bolding, ugh. Its ugly and and eyesore, and honestly turns me off my beloved gmail.

the red parts of the images represent transparency as its impossible to see in this thread otherwise
it doesnt need to exactly look like this its just an orientation,
it would be nice if the theme could include some icons for the settings too.
the glow when you drag a list completly to the end should be white.
