would love to try them, but my BB connection is 10x slower than DU today.. argh!

TouchCube Experience
I have the top launcher, it works but you have to configurate the launcher trough the text files, no problem though. Do not use the configurator on the HIMA gives only a black screen...
GFuther this launcher makes my HIMA VERY slow (also using PocketCM etc.)
Anyone same or other experiences
A good development would be to make it as a today plugin.....

I tested Cube Launcher, quite beautiful but I encountered several issues so I uninstalled it:
-When you launch the Cube, the wallpaper with clock is displaying, if you touch the screen, the cube should appear, sometimes it does not. You have to long click and choose play or rewind to make it work.
-When you configure your applications, sometimes it doesn't keep your configuration for some of these. For example, I configured my father in the contact tab but it never kept it in the configuration.
-This application requires a large amount of battery which life is very affected.
-Transitions between each menus should be a little smoother, I think that for the moment these are too quick and laggy.
This is my opinion and what I noticed.

Got instaled it on Hermes.
Fantastic -very usable, but....in Chinese?!?!?
Just by gussing I was able to change/delete/create new Links.
It's just great.
Can we get someone to translate this?

ASUS Link possible Virus
Once I downloaded this file, my virus program reported the following Virus warning. This is a virus for smart phones.. not sure if this is indeed correct. Can anyone confirm this to be true or false?

Thanks... it seems the AntiVirus Scans all report a trojan on the ASUS RapidShare download. Even the ZIP version on other site... Has anyone had any issue with the ASUS_Launcher. Something to do with a Trojon written for the PPC Mobile OS.

Dynamic pagepool for optimal performance.. (Not for multitasking)
For multitasking and high i/o centric applications higer pagepools is recomended.

Full Screen VGA Themes for Manila 2.5x

I have yet to see too much on this subject, other than a good piece by thekidz.rocks.
The full screen junkies of the sense Roms seem to be focusing their energies on the latest MaxManila to get their fix. I prefer to see full screen home pages with skinned taskbars & softkeybars as enjoyed by our WVGA cousins, for them the transition seems easy via HDWalls: for us it is rather tricky.
So we need TIPS, TRICKS, SKINS & hopefully... who knows a VGAWalls to come from somewhere..... plz.
To kickstart here are some dodgy taskbar aligninments with a wallpaper from, I cannot remember quite where... Hidden operator names & hidden slider marker manilas included if interested.

This looks very nice. Is it only for WM 6.5.X or 6.5, too?

Any 2.5 Manila. You set the background using the Weather Wallpaper option in the Home Tab Menu. The taskbar & Softmenubar can be found in the windows directory & are related to your device theme. For example if under Settings, Personal, Today you have a theme set which is energy, the taskbar file would be energytaskbar.png.
This is skinning Windows 6.5, so will work on any Rom, works with MaxManila too

dude of course it works with touch pro... you just need to have manilla 2.5 ... this is for windows mobile 6.x so if you run windows mobile 6 + then you can use manilla which means you can use these themes

I'm not familiar with the ExPo, but does it skin over the WM Messaging or use the standard WM messaging application? The reason I ask is that it appears that the dialer has been skinned and is not the standard WM 6.5 dialer. Or am I wrong about that?

The dialer is awesome but other then that there is really no other skin asides from various small icons.
But wow is this rom responsive to your figure and how fast windows open and close. No lag what so ever other than when going to landscape. Loaded with a ton of programs (some are AT&T ones) but must either don't work or need validation.

But like u said, a lot of apps dont work, (which i personally would like to try out...especially the IM app)
When i clicked on "Contact" on the dialer, it wasnt opening my Contacts though..
Couldnt get it to connect to my Network (Telfort [Netherlands])// The connection wizard was missing
No taskmanager (i didnt had time to install one either)

Thas about it so far, had to flash back to another ROM for the day. Will try your rom again when its updated

the thing I like about the LG most is the multi task screen (not the original task manager, but I think you know what I mean).
Is that one able to get installed on an xperia x1? Would be nice to hav such a .cab to install!

I think, this version is bug free. But if you find a bug, please report it.

I have been using the V2 rom for a few of days now.
I like the fact that you still have the Palm OEM apps.
* The usual Known caller ring check box is buggy.
* Had to edit the registry to enable Foxtel mobile. It now works ok, but their guide page still has some weired scaling issues with IE.
* Memory leak and issues after using camera
Nice UI, but too quirky / buggy for me.
Have gone back to WM6.0 for now. Thanks anyway!
