It costs money? I had it installed a while back and every now and then it tells me to update, but it brings me to the market and says the app doesnt exist, and it doesnt come up on search, idc cuz I have it already tho.

I do not think he is asking for warez, I think he was asking if anyone has the free version that was on the Market before the paid version came out and it was removed. I have a back up of the last free release, but it looks like someone already posted it.
That said, since it was the free version, I don't think that it is considered warez, is it ?
Also, I have to agree... 10 bucks for an AIM client is lame. Is it even legal to charge for an AIM client since it uses AOL's protocols and network ? At the worst the dev most likely used libpurple/pidgin's reverse engineering work for TOC/OSCAR, and just wrapped that with a UI.

Sprint Experience Apps?

Hey, so does anybody still have the Sprint Apps from the CDMA Sprint HTC Hero? I mean like the Visual Voicemail, NFL Mobile, NASCAR Mobile, etc...

It's not Warez, it's public. Dude, really, why must you hate on all of my posts like it's not even funny anymore. You never help (me out), all you do is player hate on me and honestly it's finally getting annoying. I put up with it for a while, but now it's just really mean. It IS warez and you can ask the other 20 or so threads that were locked because of it.

How is it Warez, it's the same as downloading the System Dump for the phone and Extracting the Apps and Installing them.

They are not native to your phone, Sprint did NOT pay for you to have them on your phone. Believe it or not, most of those apps are rebranded PAID apps, meaning, you're essentially asking for paid apps right now.
Thus, you are asking for warez. A quick google search should get you what you are looking for though.

Right there, straight copied from the Forum Rules. I can post the link if you want me to. I'm not posting any Paid Apps for free, I'm asking if anybody has them. I never said, "Hey, can you post some cracked apps for me on this website which, btw, doesn't allow that?" No, I didn't. I asked if anybody had them. That means that they could've email-ed them to me. Or PM-ed them to me. There's a lot of stuff that I could've meant. Maybe I wanted to take a poll for school to see how many people had them?

You can argue you all you want, you asked if anybody had them (as you said), which implies you are wanting and/or looking for them. Looking is a synonym for finding, to find warez is against the rules.
Either way, have fun.... conducting a poll at your school, I do not have them. I'll let the thread run its course, but for now (to end the stupid conflict), you may go around, and say you pwned me

Have you EVER wanted something that you normally would have to pay for but then realize that its quite easy to obtain it for free thus decreasing how valuble something really is considering im prolly going to try it and then uninstall it on my next reflash and never use it again. oh is this that same app Im asking for that I would have NO way of ever buying unless I changed my phone to the sprint phone making me to have to switch providers and everything just to try the freaking apps that YOU SIR ARE saying is WAREZ...

How can I pay for apps without a credit card, not only am I not old enough to own a credit card. If I had one, and knew I could get apps for free I wouldn't pay. Why waste bills?

Well it's against forum rules to offer paid apps for free. Which is exactly what you are doing.

You see on of XDA's major rule is no warez, king's thread was locked cause of quickoffice and that's nothing. The site or admins could be in hot water for distributing paid software.

Has anyone got any good rom sites? i got GBCoid and got a few roms, however i was looking for a pokemon rom you know from the first pokemon series? i have tried a good few but just says choose a different rom :S any1 can help?

I would like to share a windows app, kind of a parallel market for desktop that allows you to download almost any WP7 application, and convert it automatically into .XAP file.
But I don't know if it is ok with moderation so please mods let me know about it before I upload the .zip file.

This software lets you download any app from the market, including paid ones. Hence it is not allowed on xda.

Nope, this is a free app, but as said above, it can download any app, free or not, and convert it into .XAP.
So it can be considered as warez but it is not really one actually. Since it's able to grab free apps in .XAP file system, I though it was an interesting tool for finding rare .XAP apps...
But that is why I waited before posting any link, as the status of this app is rather vague, like in the grey area...

I think it's a free app. I've tried and works well.
Unfortunately, it seems it works for free and paid apps (honestly, haven't tried it, but read that it is possible). It is a pitty, because it won't be allowed on XDA and it is a great way to avoid all the trouble to get a live ID.

Well couldn't somebody mod it to only access the free ones?
There is also another software that does the same as this, both are by different devs. Would be great if we had a XDA dev work on it and release it with better/more stable functions.

That would be a great step for HD2 users.

not hard at all to activate
other than the activation code from Microsoft being location based, it is not hard what so ever to have WP7 be fully fuctional. i have zero issues down loading/accessing anything from windows live, market, zune. all the info to do so is here on the forums, and a 5 min call to Microsoft customer service. There was only two specific questions they asked 1. are u in the US, 2. what is the phone Brand. having all of the software set up properly, then entering that code gives full use. when i plugged into the Zune software after it recognized it as HD7....................been testing the crap out of it since. zero problems. take your time....put all the software in the right order, call to get a code...done....

it is considered as cracking app to me, definitely not allowed here, period. It is everywhere in the Chinese forums, where they share all kind of cracked paid apps.

Yes, there's no distinction between free and paid apps. I've download to alternative browsers, not knowing they were paid.

Actually it only downloads the free apps aswell as trials, it doesnt directly download any full apps. What it does do also is edit the trial so its full on supported titles.

Well I wouldn't consider removing the trial limitation to full legal since its then a full app. Anyway carry on. Don't say no one told ya
