I'd like to know how good it is.
I seem to remember these zoom attachments for mobile phone cameras from a few years ago. Never new anyone who actually spent the money on 1 tho.
Imagine if we also had a tripod for that.. Its fun to use but not very practical, only for those occasional shots.
And plus I think there will also be a faint round patch around the picture, as if you were looking out a doorhole.
At least that was what happened when I got a telescope for the Sony Ericsson K800i.

Very interesting... looking forward to seeing the results.
I had one for my HTC Touch Diamond and it was okay. Main problem is the plastic shell that the 'telescope' / zoom-lens attaches to. It was very brittle plastic and didn't take much to break. More of a toy.

basicly what you see there is whats underneath the 5 buttons on the bottom on the HD2. Atached to that should be whats underneath the rest of the HD2 (a large curcit board so to speak) FUBAR in my opinion.

I have suffered same thing before. I had to buy hd2 for parts just to replace!
It's very easy to try and remove mainboard without lifting latch for terminal. I had already taken mine apart three times before I forgot about it on fourth try and I heard a "pop"...I **** my pants, cried and got to looking to buy one for replacement parts.
I am currently looking to buy hd2's so let me know if you want to part with it.

I honestly cant tell from the pictures, someone who has town down there phone or who is willing should confirm, i see an area on the phone with plastic next to the camera, what i cant tell is if it is possible to drill through that and not harm the phone, someone who has taken apart there phone check it out.

ya. if you look at the top of the casing, you can see it arc above the camera. There's not really any room for an addition camera and it definitely doesn't have a fully recessed area for it to sit in.
Well good news is an unlocked Vibrant will work on AT&T's 3G.

That's fantastic, but in fairness to the Chinese faking people you should take a look at an episode of the last TopGear series. They show the fake cars they make over there, direct copys of the latest models and some are pretty damn good for what they are
