HI, on ebay i finally found replacement housing and covers for HTC HD2 leo... its still quite expensive but i guess after a short while more and more will come so the prices will drop down.. also includes the battery cover..
i still cannot post links so just go on ebay and search for HTC HD2 LEO HOUSING.

My BA runs great but the outer case is kinda beat up one the corners is cracked and the speaker cover is falling off.
or am I just better of looking on ebay for a broken one?

look at ebay for "globalshining", they sell these backcovers and housings for the d2.
I ordered mine with a complete housing for 32,00 € , it took 7 days from hongkong to germany.
And the best is....Original HTC-Parts..., not cheap china copies.

There's a post about matte battery covers there already and you can find a link to an Ebay seller who has rubber matte battery covers. That's where I ordered mine from...
I'm still waiting for it though so I can't tell you much else for the moment.

Hi, I've broken my digitizer in HTC HD2 i must buy new. On ebay i found few auctions but i'm worry about quality. There are screens for 15$ and 25$ to 40$ per one touchscreen. Somebody tested this cheap digitizers?

Just be sure not to buy really cheap digitizers from China (some are OK).. I ordered one before and the screen was made out of plastic and it didn't work correctly at all O_O
