[21.11] M2D and UltimateBlack Skins for iDialer v0.x [minor fixes and working cabs]

These are 2 skins fitting my iContact M2D and UltimateBlack skins for Burt's Edition. (thanks again Lycox)
apparently "acousticnorbert" created the M2D skin based on mine without noticing i made a blue one as well. so cheers to him as well.
unfortunatly, supbro hadn't moved the colors of the dialer itself to an XML/ini file yet (something that's bound to happen in a following version), so it's only for the bottom bar. but at least we have that

if anyone had a problem instaling the M2D skin... it works now. enjoy.

I downloaded this version but it doesn't work with iDialer 0.42 so i've made a little fix for it.

is that for vga or qvga?

PS: This work even in my Kaiser that it is QVGA 240x320 ,you need only to change stwater in tsk according to your resolution.

I like to try this, but is it a theme that I can choose from with Wisbar Advance ? I put this on my storagecard but now I can't find it anywhere ;-) Where does he put this? In wisbar advance I scanned the device for new themes, and he did not found any...
I reinstalled on main memory and now there are a lot of aflika_ctrl files in my Windows folder....
Edit: If I go to my Today options in the settings I can choose the theme....
However, when I select this option and soft reset my device, it is not there as my today screen.
How to get this to work properly??? Or is this just changing upper and underbars, which looks good by the way... but wherefor are all the other files than which are in Windows folder?

[THEME] HTC Black [WM 6.5.x] [W/VGA]

I have ripped the HTC Black Theme from the latest OBOE ROM. It works fine on the WM 6.5.x and WVGA - not tested on WM 6.5 and other resolutions.
In the cab file are also included Wallpapers that are automatically installed to \My Documents\My Wallpapers so that you can choose them as Manila Wallpaper.
This is WinMo Theme, NOT Manila Theme!
If you only want the Wallpapers, there is a extra ZIP file with them.
