I have HTC touch diamond with windows mobile 6.1.
Can anyone please guide me how to upgrade the phone with latest windows mobile 6.5 ROM ?

guides to the process just pick up a 6.5 rom from the diamond rom forum and get at it
first you must to ready all the topics about this in ROM developement for diamond...
you will need to change the hardspl if you didnt do yet... and after that change de ROM...
so.. read.. read.. read about it... its a good beginning.

IF you do not EVEN find the "ALL importatn link" thread and IF you do NOT even try to search AND READ the do NOT flash!!!!
There are no official wm6.1 Herald ROMs, these are all ported, so you can use anyone, but READ first or you'll end up with a bricked phone.

Windows mobile 6.5 go to www.htc.com, then click support. select the htc touch pro 2 and then there is an update with windows mobile 6.5. just follow the instructions.
The custom operating systems made here are called ROMSs. it takes some reading before you know what you have to do to use them. If you are just looking for a stable ROM with windows mobile 6.5 and nothing else, go to the HTC site.
For more info about these custom ROMs you can read the wiki on this site.

i want to downgrade wm6.5 to wm 6.1. can any1 plz guide me how can i do this by my self. i tried to search for how to downgrade wm but cant succeede.

you will need to reflash your diamond, and how to do that you have a s*it load of reading to do, if you never done it before

All you need to do is download your shipped rom and run the exe once you are synced with your pc.
