There is no official WM 6.5 for the Kaiser, nor will there be.
The only available WM 6.5 roms are custom roms listed in the Kaiser rom dev. forum.

why? We need only Port this. I have windows 6.5 installed in my Hermes. The good on OS 6.5 is for me only the startmenu.

I only said no because there are still a small number of ROMs for Jade. I do hope that with time we can get more and more and more... with win 6.5, he new manila from diamond 2, etc... People are working hard and I really apreciate everyone's ROM (even if I don't like the ROM itself)... but the no and the laugh was just because we (the "Jaders") are still at the begining... anyways, as I said before: Thanks to everyone who is working hard with new ROMs everyday...

for the similar at mine i prefer to stay with my original one without unlock my 3g

You need to be more specific. Which ROM did you install, in other words... whos' ROM did you install? Your question would be more appropriate in that specific thread.
If you are looking for a good 6.5 ROM with TouchFlo, I would recommend "Miri's" 6.5 ROM V6.1 Premium. There are a few out there. You can also try "HelloNasty" 6.5 ROM as well, although I am not sure about the Manila.
EDIT: In future, please be more specific in your thread title rather than "Help Please".

You cant and the emulators floating around wont do ROMs larger than 90 or so megs.

I wonder if there is any ROM windows mobile 6.5 in Portuguese (Portugal) so I run on my HTC Diamond.
I been looking for the forum, but I find it very confusing to me.

I´m affraid that´s an old/buggy release... nothing really new compared to latest released of 6.5 WWE
