i searched the Blackstone Forums now for about an hour but i didnt find an answer to this question.
Has anyone ever performed a Task 29 with mtty on a Blackstone and did it cure the so called 'wired behavior' issues after flashing?
On my last Device (a Diamond) it was a must ant worked great but i font know if it is dangerous for ours stones.
Latlyvim having the exactly same symtoms as i had with the Diamond. ( System Hangs, missing or dissappearing ringtones, dissappearing grafics and so on) So i thought this could help.
So if you tied it already pls post it here.
Im near the pointof just trying it out but it isnt far from a stone to a brick
I did that by following the Diamond mtty thread, it works on blackstone.

I've been a mtty user ever since the Diamond and I haven't has any problems what so ever with the HD either.

Every Device will output different results so it's not about right or wrong here. You are fine! The next time I flash my next rom I will post my results and because I've done it enough times, I know it is completed different then yours but the final result is the same......that it clears your device of any artifacts regardless of the output
Same here, I followed the diamond thread and it worked without a hitch.
As mentionned in the diamond thread, do not pay attention to the FAILED blocks in the output.
I just performed the Task 29 with slightly different results:

I discover some time ago the beauty of htc diamond. Also I start to make changes of ROM and it was cool,until I made a mistake and I broke something during flashing one ROM . I read and I try to fix it. I use mtty process I follow the steps of task 29 and task 8 and the problem is that in this moment my htc display shows only TOUCH DIAMOND. Please can anyone tell me what to do next??

why pain yourself with MTTY Task 29 was Hex Edited by Doloop
in the HD2 Thread and it is confirmed to work for the Blackstone
look at my signature and read through the posts.

Go into bootloader using mtty.exe, you need to access AT command interpreter, in some htc devices this is done by command 'rtask 7' on others is 'rtask b' (I don't know on the beetles). Should be something like this:

The bootloader are totally different, maybe the one that your are testing is on ipaq 6365...CMIIWW thanks

I think i need help with this. In mtty i get command error!!! all the time. Maybe I need to get the password? bootloader_pwn3d.pdf doesnt help.
I have my code, I just need to know how to input it. I have HardSPL installed maybe I will try flashing another rom to input the code?

I'm new on this forum....After installing the rom I had the issue regarding the radio rom....so I decided to check if there's a solution....
I go in detail on my situation:
I have two hw6515a one is good and the other no.
Before of all I want to know if does someone know the memory address of the radio rom?
Is it possible to copy all the memory using romupdate with d2p 00000000 lengh?
Does someone know the totally lengh of the rom?
Another possibility is is possible to copy peace by peace of the good one into the bad one using d2s and s2d?

I'm kinda desperate ....
My phone ceased to work completelly today regardless the methods that I have tried.
First of all, after I ran out of battery, when I restarted the phone the Bootloader (tricolor) screen appeared:
These are the following lines:
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.02.0000
CPLD-8
RUUNBH
If I plug the USB cable , on the white zone of the screen the USB message replaces Serial BUT the computer gives me the "USB device not recognized" message.
I have tried on a different computer, I even unnistalled the WMDC from my computer and reinstalled.
Nothing works.

I get the update complete message but when I soft reset the phone it goes back to the tricolor mode :\

I have extracted RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_3.57.502.2_radio_sign_25.88.40.05_1.65.21.18_Ship.exe, renamed KaiserIMG_CINGULAR_WWE_3.57.502.0_radio_sign_25.88.40.05_1.65.21.14_Test0.nbh to KAISIMG.nbh and copied it on my SD card.
I ran the SDcard in and the installation was again complete but after the soft reset it returns to the Bootloader showing:
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.56.0000
CPLD-8
Now the computer can see the device but active sync doesn't
I have tried MTTY but it does not show the USB port but COM1 and COM2 only.
Any other suggestions?
I have managed to make the computer sort of recognize the device...
If I pull out the battery and insert the USB plug in the computer sees the device but I still cannot connect through MTTY.
The only ROM that I can fully install (as soon as it's completed it returns to tricolor mode) is the very first version that the device has been shipped with.
Forgot to add that it's an ATT Tilt.
is it possible that the damage can be a permanent one or should I keep praying?

First off all, thank you for all the patience and advices Mr. Clown
I think that I have tried all the possible combinations with both KaisdiagSD and a SPL but all of them get stuck in the same white screen with "Loading..."
I have also tried the Diag and Flash via USB but that didn't work either.... same story, same Loading screen.
Since I bought a battery like 2 weeks ago, I tried replacing with my old one , I shorted the terminals (I guess I did it well since the phone rebooted) but that didn't seem to work out either.
I guess I should take it to a mobile phone service, unless another ideea pops out.
UPDATE:
I think I have managed to make some progress...
While scrolling and google-ing all day long I have managed to find a driver for my Win 7 x64 USB that makes my phone visible to MTTY ...
Here it is for those having trouble with their Tilt/Tytn/whatever.
Atm I could make only two of the commands respond and this is the result:\

I think that the phone actually has a HW problem after all....
I started it this morning (after a week of silence) and on the screen "TEST ONLY" "NOT FOR SALE" appeared and the AT&T logo
Trying now with the last software update and maybe I can make it work again

Power and blank screen with vibration. (thus, not in bootloader after power-up)
But when I put it in bootloader goes like this:

Hi, last week I had the same problem. I solved it the next way:
1. I change hard-spl (v3.56) to the Kaiser
2. Install Android
3. Put back WM original
4. Do again hard-spl (v3.56) and put to the Kaiser a cooked rom.
