Hi guys
recently got this XDA and as good as it is i prefer the original diamond software, apparently the o2 software that comes pre installed in slightly different and not as good (kinda glitchy aswell)
would it be possible for me to delete the o2 software and install the original diamond sofware instead?
any immediate problems i should be aware about before i try?
cant wait to start modding the fone
thanks in advance Tweeter
Anyone?
Hello.
I'm looking for a Dismantling Guide / a Service Manual of the MDA Compact IV.
I just found this for the Touch Diamond. But my device is a bit different.
I googled all the day, and I even couldn't find it at Maik Channons homepage...
I NEED HELP!!!
Thank U!!!
Guys,
I need help. I have an HTC Tytn II ROM Version 3.34.721.2 WWE and radio version 1.70.19.09
Off late my phone has been working too slow. Just doesnt respond to anything on the touchscreen or the keyboard for a few seconds. Takes a long time to open any program. Its frustrating. Can anybody help what I need to do. I am not a technical person and I have tried to search this forum but really unsure about what to do? Please guide
Regards,
Sachin
I had a friend with that problem just the other week. We backed all of his stuff up via active sync and did a hard reset. I know that seems to be my answer for everything but it does work.
Hi all
I flashed to my kaiser Witschey 23071 and the fn+ buttons are on wrong places. I tryed Advanced Config, _Alex_ TyTN II Keyboard Fix.cab, Tilt keyboard fix.cab and still not working properly. Please give me a hint.
BTW its a very nice ROM
Hmm nobody?
Try the ROM specific thread
Try searching/posting in the thread where you found the ROM as it may be ROM (or MDA Vario III if the key arrangements are different to the standard TyTN II) specific.
Hi guys,
Apologies if this has been asked and answered before (I have searched the forums but not found the answer).
The proper HTC Touch Diamond and T-Mobile MDA version have a different set-up with regards to the hardware key usage (which can be seen in the attached pictures.
As you hopefully can see, the call/home and end-call/return buttons are swapped around.
If I change the ROM on a T-mobile MDA to a non T-mobile ROM, do the buttons keep their function assignment or do the functions swap around to the same as they would on a normal HTC device?
Looking at the ROM update pages on this site, the answer to this isn't really obvious?
Answer is yes, the layout of the keys will be unchanged with other ROMs. I've used Hard SPL 1.37 Olinex and flashed different ROMS and is works perfectly.
