I think its hardware Bro.
I wish I had on my country an HTC service but I don´t, so it gets more complicated to me for sending to repair, which I will do if there is no other option.

Hi i brought a sprint htc one from craigslist and spent countless hours searching and trying to sim unlock the phone so i could use t-mobile on it but i was never able unlock it if anybody that could help with this and give me some steps i would really appreciate it i have tried all xda posts here and i seen others were able to unlock so i think i just dont understand the instructions any input will be greatly appreciated i posted some screenshots please help me thank you
