S2U2 DUSK skin ~ tacchan23 edition
Info:
- credits and special thanks to grzegorz10 for the most beautifull DUSK theme and his help; also thanks to xpressyourcell for his S2U2 dusk theme which inspired me on this
- (W)VGA only
- Based on S2U2 2.34; after installing the skin cab to the same location of S2U2, restart S2U2 or soft reset
- By tapping on the clock, you can choose between 2 different versions as in the screenshots
- Don't change the S2U2 "appearance" settings if you want to have the same results as in the screenshots
- It will enable the S2U2 Volume Control which I think is very nice (in case you don't want to use it, disable it in the Settings)
- By defualt, the wallpaper will change every 1 hour (or u can go to S2U2 settings and choose a fixed wallpaper instead or delete those you don't like and/or add more wallpapers or move them to a different folder, etc); if you have a NON english ROM, you may need to change the folder path manually in the Wallpaper settings of S2U2
- If you want to top taskabr in Dusk glass style, you need to use the included wallpapers (as S2U2 doesn't support a taskbar image I had to edit the wallpaper itself with the taskbar graphics)
- I could use still some help to finish skinning some small details I'm not sure of; if you can help, read the second post below
- I can't test Data icons (G/E/3G/H/1x) so if someone could check if they are allright and post some screenshots would be nice! Also any other feedback is appreciated

Sadly it's not possible to change the background and text colors of the Setting pages; and for that reason also it's not possible to use black buttons there.
Anyway I could skin almost everything, but I still couldn't figure out some:
- is it possible to change the color of the battery in the taskbar? (for the battery in the setting page it should be possible I think, even if I didn't try it)
- just to confirm things, the TopMost curtain doesn't have any image file, right?
- is possible to change the color of signal strength bars?
- I couldn't figure out which is the .png for the "pushed" keys in the password dialer
- Also I'd like to know where those images are used: buttonB, buttonR, diverted, ecasterik, ptbutton, ptbuttonL, smusic, stbuttonL
If someone can help me a bit would be nice
Thanks

Thank You~
Uploaded Blue version, let me know if it works
it works but without the dripping wallpapers, all I get was the clock, taskbar and slide to unlock on a black background after a reset.
Edit: I have a dutch rom, so I had to go set them again. It works;-) thanks!
But when I receive mail or a missed call I see the default icons and not your nice blue ones. Also my clock\ is not the right one but just clean text which not fit in the squares. I might have changed that myself in the past.
Where can I change the icons for email?
Can you please give me the clock in a zip file so I can replace the clock\ with this one?
Cheers,
Arnold

Thanks for testing
could you help me a bit more? I'd like to know exactly what happens while installing my cab to a NON-english ROM. What u had to do in the beginning?
Where did the wallpapers got installed? in a wrong folder? or u had to change the setting in S2U2 to point to "program files in your ROM language" folder?
Also it's strange about icons... could u go to the folder S2U2\gfx and check the image notice.png?
Also about the clock, it should overwrite your old clock.

Installing went okay, I had to change in settings the wallpapers from "program files/S2U2/wallpapers" to "Programmabestanden/S2U2/wallpapers" as I have a Dutch rom.
The clock does not overwrite my old clock, I reinstalled again, but it does not overwrite it. Maybe something has to change in the cab? I don't know.
In notice.png I have still the default white/grey ones. Can you share the png file here so I can overwrite it? Also the clock\ please. I can overwrite manually in resco file explorer.
Cheers,
Arnold

Can u have a look at all the other files in gfx folder? just the notice.png is the original one? (strange if so°_°)
Also what about clockH\ ?
Attached clock and notice.png
Okay I reinstalled completely S2U2 and your cab. Soft reset and installed first S2U2 the latest version. Than installed your Cab and now it is working. Clock and notice.png are changed.
Of course I had to change the wallpaper settings again because of my Dutch Rom.
Problem with clock and notice can be caused I did not have the latest version of S2U2, I can't think of anything else. It looks perfect by the way
EXCEPT (I know, I am a pain in the butt) The battery charger. That is still the old ones I used. I looked in gfx and all battery icons are the old ones except "batteryC" and "batteryG", but batteryempty,battery0,1,2,3/10/20/30 etc are all the old ones.
Cheers,
Arnold
Can you upload a zip file with the graphics instead of a CAB file?
Hi tacchan. I was able to properly install the S2U2 theme on my 6.5.5 JC1 based ROM. The only issue I had was the wallpapers folder, properly installed in gfx folder. But when I try to configure the folder in S2U2 settings, I'm able to enter gfx folder, but not wallpapers subfolder as in gfx other images are already present. I was able to bypass the issue by moving wallpapers folder to same level of gfx, select it as default wallpapers folder and sw reset.

The battery 0,1,2,3/10/20/30 etc aren't included in the standard S2U2 installation, they are a separate zip file right?
Honestly I never liked them much couse you lose the charging animation (that's the only thing that make me want to even have the big battery to begin with^^), so I didnt include them in my skin.

Honestly I don't understand why you can't access the \wallpaper folder if it's inside the \gfx folder... I have no such a problem. You have latest version of S2U2?

Added RED skin for VGA, link in first post
Fab. All's working as far as I can tell. Clock changes colour when tapped, wall paper changes. Great. Thanks. Appreciated.
Edit: My S2U2 is 233 version.
Man, are you singing "anything you can do, I can do better, I can do anything better than you"? First you show me up on the Swype skins, and now you show me up on the S2U2 skin? No worries. Starting to cook some of your skins into my ROM's. I figure that if you are doing the skinning, it gives me more time for cooking.

hopefully it doesnt take too long!

I'm digging the style. Good work.

i wish, this seems to be a limitation with the program itself (I would love to see rltoday updated with tab support, transitions etc.)
But rltoday doesnt have tab support, so this theme actually uses mortscript to change between different skin setups.. too bad rltoday doesnt seem like its gonna be updated any time soon :/

by looks the same, do you mean as the standard theme that comes with ImageViewer?
The only thing I changed was:
...moved the favorite icon
...changed the headers
...allowed more room for viewing images
...customized dropdown menu
...removed scrollbar
...changed pressed button
...changed font size, location and type
I did not touch the header buttons because I thought they looked good.
Are you not seeing my changes?
if you cant, you may have loaded PCMImageViewer once before using my theme. In that case, you will have to go into the folder where the .exe is, and there is a usersetting file or something like that, you have to delete that.
hope that helps

have rltoday activated on your today screen (windows mobile options-->today-->today items-->check rltoday)
hold down on rltoday on your homescreen and a popup with "options" will come up. Go into options
here you will select the skin in a dropdown "wm7"
then go into apps and follow the instructions which should take you through it
when you are creating apps, to get the icons to show, you have to define custom icons to the ones that are in the wm7 folder on your device
hope that helps
(to quote use the little quotation icon on the posting toolbar where the font styles etc are (haha))

Fixed Analog/Digital Display Switch, no more need to edit registry manually.
Rev1.0a
Fixed CPR layouts for the animations of the Buttons
Rev1.1
Made the Slider & Text Panel Background 2 images now. This way people trying to port NeoTitanium to other Resolution don't need to mess with them. They'll should now scale properly.
Adujusted & Changed the Page Arrow Images & Positions. They can be use as buttons to change the pages.
Added My Topbar Icons to the ZIP. (2 versions Rev3 goes with normal themes, Rev3a goes with Rev1a Theme Included/This is because the actually Icon Image is part of the Taskbar image in the "a" version so the DLL has a blank ico to make it look right)
ScreenShot of the "a" version of the Theme/Taskbar;

NeoTitanium Rev.4 is released.
It has support for CCom, CVolume, CMultiClock, CHome, CClock, TitaniumWeather, OperaFavs, GPrograms, CTwitter, CFacebook, ArteseaTwitter, and many more.
The Plugin most be installed for them to work.
The attached ZIP has my Windows Mobile 6.5 Theme shown in the Screenshot, the NeoTitanium cab, and the CMultiClock cab.
In order to change to analog clock in CMultiClock, click the setting softkey to tell the script to change. Then, open the registry Extensibility Value and change "Neo" to "NeoAnalog". It's at the very end of the value.

Nice ~ how about vga vision?
Hi drkfngthdragnlrd
First to thank you for this beautiful theme, amazing work !
Second, I installed the clock and later uninstalled, one because it couldn't show the analog clock even after changing the settings, and 2 it made the device slow, probably the scripts in the start up folder.
Third, it doesn't recognise CCom 0.32 which was installed before.I hope you have an idea about it.
I'll follow this thread especially to see if you'll add support for more plugins like CLauncher
All the best

CComm 0.32 is working for me. But GPrograms is not showing up.
If you change under CHome registry the extensibilityxml at the end from Neo to NeoAnalog like mentioned in the first post it changes to the analog clock.
Edit: After disabling and enabling GPrograms again it is now showing up... great!!
After playing around with it for a while following remarks:
The only plungins of my installed ones, which are not showing up are:
CLauncher (my games launcher)
CS2P (like S2P better as WMP)
TWolf multiplugin (like that better as Multiclock, faster and more complete)
The picture in the MyPic plugin could be a bit bigger, and also the current weather icon (i will change that in the cpr).
Very very nice theme, love it.
Hi claus
Thanks for the answers, I overlooked the instructions, yet as I said for the clock, the main prob is the slowering of my device, it becomes choppy, I understand not for you
My main setback is CComm, I changed its script to prevent data to be activated at all, and the cpr to remove the icon, do you think there could be an impact on the theme?
Hey man, I am really diggin this theme...I love how the icons are down the side...is there any possibility of getting this in vga? I would be willing to donate some $$$ if we could get this in vga
Sorry for the long wait. Was up all night when I released it & just woke up.
@claus1953 I'll add layouts shortly for those plugins.
@tito12 I'll check into why CCom isn't working for you with the version you're using.
As for a VGA version or any other resolution, I only have a QVGA device. If anyone wants to port my cpr layouts to other resolutions, they are welcome to.
Hi
Thanks, I tried chome editor and enabled it, and it works !
A little thing though, the wifi icon on the left doesn't change when switching panels. Also I condensed view it doesn't show text or icons, just wifi icon on left...

The icons on the left are just static. I hard linked them in the cprs. So, they won't change between pages. This is the condensed view is how it's meant to be. This to to give the active (expanded) plugin more room to display stuff and mimik the Neo(T-Mobile Shadow)/M2D/TF3D interfaces.
All NeoTitanium images are in the /Neo directory at the root of your device. I decided to put them in their own easy directory for skinners or people who may not like my icon choices.
And yes, claus1953, I am still using custom cprs. This will help prevent custom plugin installers from overwriting my layouts which are what makes NeoTitanium. The cprs are Neo & NeoAnalog and is what you're changing in the ExtensibilityXML.
CPRFileName="(Titanium/SlidingPanel/Neo/NeoTitanium/Etc.)"

BTW, porting to VGA should be easy, but time consuming.
It'll require copying out the Neo_240x320, Neo_320x240, NeoAnalog_240x320, & NeoAnalog_320x240 cprs.
Rename them to your resolution (VGA = 480x640 & 640x480).
Then, opening then cpr's in a text editor such as wordpad and doubleling (for VGA) all "Top", "Left", "Width", & "Height" values.
For WQVGA, add -40 to all negative "Top" values & 40 for all positive "Top" values. Also any 240 or 320 value must be changed to your resolution. I think that should cover it for the cpr porting.
You may also want to increase the image sizes as they won't be clear in VGA being streched from 41x41 to 82x82 pixels. All images are once again in the \Neo direction of the root of your device.
All NeoTitanium is, is a custom cpr with edited layouts.
BTW working on Rev.5 which include CLauncher/CS2P/&TWolf Multiplugin support. Editing those layouts atm.

Static means does not change, so I don't quite get what you are saying. Especially since every plugin's left icon is hard links in the cprs (source="\Neo\Neo_***.png).

Portrait Only:
Added cprs for QVGA,VGA and WVGA , need testers.
Update: Seperated cabs by resolution. Now includes WVGA.
EDIT: If you recently installed the QVGA and VGA cab please except my apology as I forgot to change the extesiblityXML string in the registy to point to TitaniumLTD_"resolution".cpr. So if you did install it then you probably would of only seen minor changes. Sorry, reposted correct cab.
Be sure to install mortscript first
Okay, after weeks of work it's finally finished...I think lol. It works great on my phone after a hard reset. To install first make sure that your accel is disabled then install cheroclock (included in zip) first, then install cLauncher and ATContacts if you choose to (also included). Then install the Titanium LTD.cab. It will prompt you to restart your phone, after restart go to start>settings>home>appearance and choose the Titanium LTDWQVGA theme. You can use any background that you want however I've included the background in the preview and also I've included a new bootscreen for you to use if you want as well.
Problems include cheroclock panel the slider can be seen behind the clock background. And in the atcontacts and clauncher panels the tab image will disappear when you change pages. The reason is I don't know how many different pages you'll use so I chose to just install the image on the first page. And finally if you choose to use landscape and go to the home screen then Titanium will act all crazy and require a soft reset.
EDIT: To get to the forecast page, swipe left or right along the middle of the screen on the clock panel.
I've worked really hard on this one and I hope you guys like it. But it couldn't have been done without the help of.....
chriscsh - For creating the cheroclock plugin
tacchan23 - For the ideas for the tsk theme
Homerwasa - For being another titanium genius
EGrier and JoeFrank - For helping test everything out.
So here it is, I'll call it version 1 because there is still alot that can be done. Enjoy.
I should've put this in the preview but here's the edited forecast page of cheroclock.

It's very possible since the resolutions are so close. I don't have a qvga device to test it on. But you could try it and post your findings if you'd like.
If it does not fit on QVGA just install it, then copy out from windows the installed WQVA cpr to you desktop, resize it with the cpr resizer for QVGA and then copy it back to windows. Then restart Titanium.

Thanks claus1953, maybe I'll get my hands on that and convert them for everyone. However like I mentioned my device is wqvga so I would have no way to test them to see if they worked.

I can test it for you with pleasure, i like your theme a lot. I hope your cprs are named after your theme, like the ones from the titanium hero sense (Heroxxxxxx.cpr). So it wont overwrite the other ones.

Unfortunately when I did this I just edited the titanium_xxx_xxx.cpr. But that should be an easy fix though. I don't know how to use different cprs with one phone right now. I know it's possible but I haven't looked into it. But I'll run it through the cpr resizer and I'll also rename it to TitaniumLTD_xxxxxxx.cpr as well that way it won't overwrite any of your other cprs.

That is ok, it is in fact only a registry change, in the extensibilityxml string one has to change the active cpr to the name of the current cpr, in your case TitaniumLTD. That will make CHome take this specific cpr set.

So I just change the extensibilityxml in the registry to say TitaniumLTD and the name in the plugins order to say TitaniumLTD_240x400.cpr and that would work? So if that works I can switch back and forth between 2 cpr files as well? Thanks man, I knew posting this on here would further my knowledge in this lol.

Yes, if you check on my signature i made a small mortscript based application to switch between many themes and have adapted many cprs to work that way, like Bliss, TitaniumNeo, ShadowNeo, WM7 project, Lizzy, Buffed etc.
The biggest problem was that many themes use modified bronzeres.dll, so i had to swap it also. Did you also change bronzeres.dll?

Yes I did modify the bronzeres.dll to fit the theme as well. I mean I could probably do it where I just incorporate the images into the cpr but editing the bronzeres helped make it complete. For example when you get a text message from someone that you have in your contacts with a picture that picture will show up in the bottom right of the text background. So in order to switch completely you'd have to switch out the bronzeres file too huh?

Yes but this is not a problem as i do it for other themes too. There are themes which do make all the changes only on the cpr, calling pictures and images which are stored in a folder, but there are other themes which do modify the bronzeres.dll. I would only need to store your bronzeres too in a folder and swap it when changing to your theme.

Sorry it didn't work. Did you try the resizer the way claus1953 suggested? If not when I get some spare time I'm going to try to get all resolutions working.
claus1953, how would I go about adding that to my theme? I'd like to give users the ability to change the themes as often as they like.
I added a cab to post one using the cpr resizer. I resized the cprs for QVGA and VGA. But I need testers to let me know what works and what doesn't.

The theme might not work because I goofed when I uploaded it and kept the extensibiltyXML string to point to Titanium_xxxxxxx.cpr. However I'm gonna be posting up the correct cab in just a second pointing to TitaniumLTD_xxxxxxx.cpr. That should work with the theme. As far as the black background, I'm thinking that it's another theme that is working together with this one that gives you the black background with the black letters. Someone else had this problem earlier today and said after a soft reset everything worked great so give that a shot and let me know if it works.

[VGA][WM 6.5 & 6.5.x]HDWall-Like Mod for Sense 2.5 - Updated 03-11-10 with more cabs!
VGA HDWallUpdate 03-12-2010
Well, I made some more cabs if anyone is interested. The 6.5 and 6.5.x versions are zipped together. Make sure you install the right one for your SYS. You can match screenshots to the names on the softkey bar. Hopefully some people like them. They are attached to post 3 and post 4.

It's HDWall-Like because you have to do more work to get your own images . I don't have the knowledge to create a program like the one that exists for WVGA.
This mod is for VGA users running Sense 2.5 on their phones. I have only tested it with the current Sense_2.5.2012 VGA port, but it may work on the Sense_2.5.1921 VGA port. There are versions for both 6.5 and 6.5.x. This mod contains the 2012 Better_Background mod by amarullz and the a modified version of the bg4all mod I made following cookiemonster's instructions. For now, alignment is only perfect in portrait mode.
Instructions and cabs for creating your own images will be in post #2. I have simplified the process as best as I can, but it will take a little work on your part to get your own images.
The VGAHDWall mushroom cabs attached to this post will give you the HDWall picture above and also change WM6.5(.x) startmenu picture and make remove the opaque WM6.5(.x) start menu curtain. I have also attached various cabs to get the transparent slider, transparent curtains, transparent WM6.5(.x) start menu curtain, and transparent clock weather alarm date calendar.
Make sure you choose the right version for your OS (6.5 or 6.5.x)!
Please report any problems you may have (other than it not aligning right in landscape ).
It should work well with almost other sense 2.5 mods (the only manila file required is 090a4ee8_manila and 4bfcbbee_manila, 285d005a_manila, and 0509ab83_manila are used for the better quality wallpaper).
Making your own VGAHDWall Backgrounds
16 March 2010 Update
Easier and quicker template for making vgahd.png, vgahd_softkeybar.png, and vgahd_taskbar.png posted by jorgepr13 <here>. Save as png-24.
*click thumbnail for larger view
Step 1: Find a 480x640 wallpaper you want to use
Step 2: Open image in photo editing program (photoshop in this example)
Step 3: Open appropriate .psd (if using photoshop) or make your own template for taskbar/softkey bar. For WM 6.5, you need a template of 480x52 pixels.
I highlighted the entire 480x52 pixel template and moved that selection to the top of the 480x640 wallpaper. For 6.5.x, you need a template of 480x36 pixels and you select/copy the top 480x36 pixels of your wallpaper.
Step 4: Copy the top 480x52 pixels into the 480x52 template and save the file as vgahd_taskbar.png.
Step 5: Open appropriate .psd or make canvas for the softkey bar. WM6.5 uses the same 480x52 pixel template. For 6.5.x, you need a 480x68 pixel template. Copy the bottom 480x52 (6.5) or 480x68 (6.5.x) pixels and paste them into the template. Save that file as vgahd_softkeybar.png.
Step 6: Save the 480x640 wallpaper as vgahd.png.
Step 7: Make a copy of vgahd.png (ie vgahdtemp.png) and rename it to homebackground.img with no .png extension.
Step 8: Copy vgahd_taskbar.png, vgahd_softkeybar.png, and vgahd.png to \Program Files\VGAHDwall (you will have to create the VGAHDwall directory there).
Step 9: Copy homebackground.img to \windows on your device (overwriting the current one if it asks).
Step 10: Install the WM6.5 VGAHDwall.cab (WM 6.5) or WM6.5.X VGAHDwall.cab (WM 6.5.x) to your device and soft reset. These cabs contain the appropriate registry settings for taskbar/softkeybar and sense background (assuming you copied files to the correct directories ). They also contain the better background mod by amarullz (3 manila files) and the modifed bg4all (1 manila file).
Steps need to be done in order.
If you switch to a different .tsk, you will need to install the cab again to make the taskbar and softkeybar show your image.
If you want your start menu background to match, go to settings->Today->check box at bottom ("use this picture...") and pick vgahd.png. You will need to copy vgahd.png to a directory that it searched (ie \My Documents\My Pictures).
For a better look, you can replace stwater_480_640.jpg and stwater_640_480.jpg with your custom image. In the mushroom example in post 1, I saved vgahd.png as stwater_480_640.jpg. Then I re-sized vgahd.png to 640x480 (did not constrain proportions) and saved it as stwater_640_480.jpg. Copy both stwater_xxx_xxx.jpg files to \windows and soft reset phone. This will make the landscape start menu and titanium wallpapers look better.
Another tip to easily copy and overwrite files to \windows is to use cfcgui by chainfire. Just open the program and drag the files you want to copy to the white box in the upper left that says "drop files here....". It will copy files and restart sense for you (will still need to soft reset phone for taskbar/softkeybar and start menu to show).

Well, if you can't get the wallpaper to work, just select your wallpaper via the menu-home wallpaper-weather wallpaper on homepage. It should show up then. Make sure to install the cab (and reset) after doing all of the other steps like put homebackground.img in \windows and vgahd.png in \program files\vgahdwall if you are trying to get everything set all at once (of course, changing the wallpaper the normal way might be simpler).

how do you uninstall this? i changed my mind about wanting it and now it wont uninstall and it's really frustrating because my phone now looks retarded and i dont feel like hard resetting when i just spent two hours tinkering with it to set up this new rom the way i want it

It's simple enough. You can take apart cabs with a program called cab2oem. Google will probably find you a link. Then you can see what files are inside and know where they go.
Anyway, to get rid of it delete the following:
from \windows
285d005a_manila
0509ab83_manila
4bfcbbee_manila
StartMenu_Background_Screen_480x640.png
StartMenu_Background_Screen_640x480.png
homebackground.img
stwater_480_640.jpg
from \program files
delete entire \vgahdwall directory
Finally, set your tsk again.
That's it. You will be left with what was cooked in your ROM.
that's very nice looking! what about preparing one with this simple background? should look awesome..
i tried to prepare one by myself but the taskbar and bottom bar did not become transparent, they were still black.. dunno what i did wrong??
thanks mwalt did your suggestion and worked thanks
i'm trying on wm6.1/sense 2.5.2012 but still have no luck. the wallpaper shows up but the taskbar and softkeybar are still black. do i have to use some kind of transparent taskbar cab or the two 480x52 files are skin textures for them? maybe it's not 100% compatible with wm6.1..?
i did a cab:
the reg strings from the .rgu are imported
manila files and homebackground.img go to \windows\
vgahd png files (wall/top/bottom) go to \program files\vgahdwall\
i'm missing something?
---
edit:
nvm..from what i've read the wm6.1 taskbar and softkeybars are not skinnable..
I'm using "Blond" and my phone looks awesome. Thanks mwalt2!
I keep looking to the templates... and I think it will be easier using the slice tool (photoshop) and save for web & devices...
You make everything in the same window... it will separate the taskbar and softkeys... and you can save the complete image
If the slices are not shown, select the slice tool.
If they still dont show, make them...
With the slice tool selected:
-you can edit them by r-click (Edit slice Options),
there you can type the name (that's how that slice will be named when you save it)
-you can drag them to put them in place with the slice tool selected too.
When saving, select 'Save for Web & Devices...'
click the slices to select the extension, change quality if you want, ect
EDIT: Changed templates to png-24 preselected
added homebackground.img creator (a simple script that copy vgahd.png and renames it), place in the same folder of vgahd.png, and r-click > run as admin
EDIT2: Added the MakeCab... just place all in the same folder and run the script (r-click > run as admin) it includes the homebackground.img creator...

Thanks for confirming it doesn't work with 6.1. I've updated the post with the info.

Thanks, that does simplify things and works well (once I remember to save as png24 ). I've updated post 2 with a link to your post. I'm a photoshop noob, so I had not used the slice tool before.
edit - One other thing I've noticed is that the manila wallpaper is sometimes brighter than the taskbar/softkeybar images. It seems that manila changes this and can cause there to be a noticeable line between the two. One fix is to change the brightness +5 and contrast +6 (or so) for the taskbar and/or softkeybar. This will make it appear more fluid and the separation to be less noticeable.
I thought I would share my current theme/skin in case anyone wants at least a part of it. I'm currently using an NRG Rom for my Tilt2 so the sense icons started with that general theme. It bugs me when all my icons do not match, so I skinned several programs that I use all the time so that everything flows well together. I should mention that some of these skins (power radio and thumbcal for example) may be WVGA only.
Update: Dialer cabs now available in post #3 - not sure if Leo cab is answer for HD2 dialer canvas problems - let me know(Dec 22)
Update: CHT2 Icons cab file in post #3 (Dec 3)
Update: New wallpapers for WVGA CHT2 in post #3 (Nov 15)
Update: Added blue highlight selection bar to phone skin zipped file in second post (Nov 9)
Update: Phone skin zipped file added to second post (Nov 7)
Update: Sense Icons, Comm Manager, Notification Icons, and Phone skin download link added to second post (Nov 6)
Update: Taskbar and Swype added to second post (Nov 4)
Look at the bottom of the first 4 posts for the attached cab/zipped files. Also the Earth and sun and moon wallpaper you see on the S2U2 screen shot is in the wallpaper.zip file.
My taskbar is a modified version of the m6silver color taskbar so most of the credit goes to him for that. I've changed the notification icons to match the sense theme I'm using. You will also notice that I use a couple of dusk images (like several graphics in the S2U2 theme and the Clock Background for Sense) and I don't want to take credit for that. If I have used someone elses icons, I don't want to take credit for them so let me know. I have worked a lot to make most of my own icons. I haven't really made most of the graphics, I have just pulled them from the web and converted them for the program images. I'm not a graphic artist.
The action screen is configured for some of the apps I use so it may not work for you. You can always visit the thread learn how to update the registry yourself.
I'm always open to suggestions and comments. I'm not really satisfied with the contact sense icon. I don't really like the orange background on the picture in the contact card. I'm looking for a better solution on that one. Also if anyone know how to skin the system icons on the notification screen, I'd like to know.
I've attached some screen shots and I will start putting together the cab files for the installs. It seems that I keep changing and updating the theme until I get it completely right.

CHT Forelayer / CHT Icons / Action Screen / Power Radio
I have made a lot of realize type icons that are rounded iphone looking. If anyone is interested, I will post those as well. Here's a couple of screen shots:
Also, standard disclaimer - don't hold me responsible if something goes wrong with your phone.
Here's the forelayer skins I use. See this thread for more information on the new CHT feature.
Also, I had to split the Swype skin into portrait and landscape because the file was to big too add. Plus not everybody needs landscape.
The Finger Keyboard skin is for this keyboard program.
The cab for the phone skin is too big so here's a download link. If the cab file isn't working (it doesn't seem to work for me either for some reason - anyone know why), I was able to copy the files in the attached zipped folder and use total commander or resco explorer to copy from my SD card to my windows folder. Give that a try. I should mention that I haven't fixed the graphics for the Landscape skin. I don't ever use the phone in landscape, but I might work on after I get everything else fixed. If you do copy over the files, I would make a backup of those files - especially the phcanimages.dll. Also, I don't even know which dialer is technically in the NRG ROM and for right now I don't have the VGA version done yet. I want to get the WVGA landscape done first.
The Sense Icons are all the icons that I updated from the standard Energy ROM theme. So some of them I haven't changed. If you need all the slider icons I can provide those as well. Just let me know.
Let me know if any of the cabs aren't working. I'm having trouble getting the phone dialer skin to work with cab install.
Sense icons and tabs
Dialer
Notification / Comm Mgr / Finger Keyboard / Swype
I've attached a cab for the Co0kie Home Tab 2.0 icon set. It also changes the icons in the CHT Editor as well. I'll be skinning the CHT scheduler here soon as well.
SUCCESS!! I've fixed a cab for the dialer. I think I have one for those having problems on the HD2. Try the cab and let me know.
Here's some new WVGA wallpapers I put together. Mostly Sci-Fi ones including the Wide (for CHT2), Portrait, and Landscape versions. The zipped file is very large so I uploaded it to 4shared. Some of these I pulled from XDA but I forget where. Others I pulled from the web and resized for my WVGA device.
One more saved post.
Thanks for sharing!
Excellent Work
Your theme for CHT2 is very good.
By the way, can you provide a link to the taskbar in you snapshots.

I have modified some of the icons and will post my version a little later. I've changed things like wifi, the phone icon, voicemail, and even the default folder icons to the black ones pictured in the resco explorer snap shot. I'm still putting together all the cab files.
I see people are downloading the Resco skin. I realized that I didn't skin all the buttons for the bottom. I just did the ones I use. I might look into skinning the other buttons as well, but there are a lot of buttons. I first will put together all the cab files for the other skins.
Nice choice of songs! I so want to get this thing up and running! Had to replace my Imagio, wife thinks it was the custom ROM with 1.8.5 on it that caused it to die. Soon I hope, soon!
Very nice job as well, this really looks great!
Looks great. I am hoping to try this out really soon.
Hello Worthy,
Bravo !!! It looks great !
Is it possible to have a link to your dialer and the font that you're using in the notifications tab (or S2U2) for example?
Thanks in advance

I actually used this KD Font program and changed to the Hall Fetica Font. You can find this great program here.
I'll post the Dialer cab and the other cabs hopefully today sometime. I'm scheduled to be out most of the day.
every thing looks awesome
im gonna take a guess its for wvga only
I probably could make some vga adjustments. My wife has my old Fuze. Some of the skins will work with vga I think. I'll make a VGA wallpaper at least and I think the dialer, power radio, action screen, and swype landscape are really the only things that will be WVGA. I can adjust the power radio pretty easily. The action screen is WVGA exclusive. I'd might be able to get the swype vga landscape and dialer files from my wife's Fuze.
Is there a big demand for those in VGA?

Which .cab includes the Dialer?
I have difficulty in seeing the stock Ivory dialer and your black dialer is exactly what I have been searching for.
(EDIT) Disregard. The answer is already in thread

Yeah. I just put the download link up this morning.
I downloaded and tried to install the "phone", which I assume included the dialer. It would not install. Got message to try another location for install. I tried both 'device' and 'storage card' and got same result.
Running NRG Sencity ROM
