*edit* it works pretty well, i dont like having to find the vogue forun every time i boot it up though
Do you plan on releasing the source of this app? I had a project I was working on for a forum, but ran into some issues. Some example coding would definitely be nice.
Very nice but no way to bookmark forums = no good for me
I love it! ill use it when I can't get to a computer. Very good for show off threads because it takes 1 less step to upload pics!

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I thought this was pretty interesting! Its a home replacement for Android 2.0 and up. It makes your phone look like windows vista or windows 7. This is one of the most advanced Home Replacement apps I've seen! Apparently, it is from China but has an English version. The forum on the site is in Chinese. I've installed this on my Eris which I've got running CELB Froyo 3.6 which is Android 2.2.1
I am not responsible to what happens to your phone if you install this! Install at your own risk.
Here is the link to the site to download: http://www.joymms.com/english/

You're welcome. I've been running this for about a week now and it is amazing how integrated this thing is. Although there is no notification bar, there is a pop up bubble for sms messages. It just takes some getting use to. Overall, this is pretty good to be a demo!

Clicking 'Register' brings up the page where you can register and get the Gold version, which supposedly has more features. I wouldn't mind paying for this one, but I don't recall seeing a price on it. Personally, this demo is cool with me!
I downloaded and there is no readme when I unzip....the folder is just empty....any ideas?

Use WinRAR to unzip it there's a file labeled androidwindows7.apk or something like that all you need to do is put it on ur sd card and install using a file explorer like Astro file manager or Linda file manager and then when you hit the home button it gives you a choice labeled android windows 7 hit it and let it load up for a couple minutes and wham its on there

Hi guys,
this is my first post in Nexus S section. Wildfire is my previous device.
This is an ADblock file that will block almost all annoying advertisement (except those app made by Chinese from China [it do block, but not all]) in your app and browser as well.
Advantages
Free at all, does not use system service, update is not required.
Attachments
HOST.zip: Updated on June 2011
HOST1.zip: Updated on June 2010 (try this one if the first one doesn't block some of your app ads.)
Instruction:
1. Unzip the file and you will get a file named HOSTS.
2. Copy and paste the HOSTS via root explorer to system/etc.
3. Reboot system, and open an app with advertisement and you will see the advertisement is blocked.
Thanks for viewing.
Please hit a "Thanks" if you like it!
Would this work on sgs miui as well?

This script blocked ads from 21k site. It is like windows, they built in the feature but lack of ad block file.
I checked root tools from market, it doesn't block much of the site. It is paid app..
Adfree use service, this doesnt. If you use task killer, it wont kill.

No one here uses adblock we all use "adfree" which is free and does EVERYTHING.
Personally, I have recently decided to keep the ads. They are the sole reason we have some quality games especially free ones. Its not like we are in abundance with android app developers, if simply having a small ad will keep them going, please support them.
Hey guys,
Hoping someone out there has the .apk files for Skype w/video and MyVerizon.
I had Skype with video working but once I reflashed a new nightly, I lost video.

Says the same for me. Skype normal not mobile worked for me though. I tried an older version of skype mobile and it does the same. The first date was 4/30 and the second was 3/13 I think. Maybe it has to do with your current data plan?
I read this.
That is not correct actually - with Skye Mobile for Verizon you would be able to use skype over Verizon's network - I used it for over 1 yea without any issues. Until I got the thunderbolt. Skype needs to make that app compatible with the new phone. AND QUICKLY!!!!!!!!
Try searching. It's also in my Sig.

Adblock is great for those using Dalvik & Xposed. Ahh the tradeoffs. First thing i realized i wasn't gonna be able to do was block my YouTube ads. But the fluildity of ART really is worth it...was kinda surprised as I believed people were seeing placebo.
Can't wait for xposed to support ART.
