What exactly do you mean? Do you want wm6.5 on your HD?
If so follow this guideline for how to flash cooked roms. All future queries regarding flashing should be posted in that thread

I have HTC touch hd with windows mobile 6.1 OS.
ROM version 1.14
I am interesting how to preform windows update on 6.5?
Where I can find windows 6.5 instalation?
Please give me short instruction what first I shoud do?

Ok you really need to do some reading.
First go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377 then thank Digital Outcast for his excellent guide.
Then go here for Original shipped roms http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Blackstone_Ship_exe

First of all you need to choose ROM - read all the threads on this forum, or just try first in a row (and then second, third... ) - everybody has different tastes so you have to make decision about what is best for you.
Second - if you don't want to have any problems, read carefully THIS thread and do exactly what is said here.

I realy wanna thank you all... it has been done perfectly..I've used this ROM " [ROM][WWE][18/12/09] XannyTechROM GRID EVO 1.7 (SYS 28014)"
.. butthere is one more issue I am wonderring if it is possible to make it with arabic enabled please....?????

Specific Rom questions should now be funneled in Xannytech's existing thread as you will be able to get answers to your question more readily.
p.s. It's up to the chef which languages are pre-configured into the rom. Last I looked, he is making English and Italian...

i have a HTC Wizard(cingular 8125).i tried so many links mention in this site.but nothing has a correct rom to upgrade my phone to windows 6.5.cann any one kindly help me with the currect rom and procedure to update mobile.
