[Q] Boot Animaion

I have seen a couple of boot animation which are of the Galaxy Nexus, i am not sure of the correct one which will work on my Nexus One which i can flash from recovery. Can anyone help me with the correct one so i know i don't mess up.

so according to sony you can edit these themes, how do i do this? do i have to code it or is there UI to do this

How do i get rid of the super load annoying sound on boot up?

Now that we have root. Can someone please point me int he direction to delete that super loud annoying sound i hear when i boot up my phone???????
