Looking to upgrade from rubberized ebay case to either the Otterbox or Seidio case. The ebay case is super thin, but cheap and easy to chip. I love the Otterbox but cant tell if its thick or not. The Seidio is also nice and only 1mm thick. Hoping to hear from someone that has either one. Thanks.

It does look sweet, but two layers makes me think it has to be thick. Hopefully someone here has one.
I have the otterbox and love it. was afraid it was going to be to bulky but that isn't the case. works perfect.
Unfortunately, neither of these cases accommodates the 3.5mm headset jack on top.
It LOOKS like I could dremel out a hole in the Otterbox as the hard case appears to be over the jack hole.
Anyone with the Seido case know if this would be doable? I don't want to cut through a catch between the front/back halves. I do like that they have a belt holster that works with the Seido though.
I bought the otterbox case and agree...I love it... it shouldn't be too hard to to dremel out a hole...for those lucky enough to have such needs...

Been looking for something for the past few days since picking up my N7, been trying all the local markets and shops, and came across this today.
http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=533812
Have to say its a very very nice fit! The N7 fits just perfectly, quite snug in fact!
Also added bonus, the case is a sort of mesh finish, so much sturdier than the usual neoprene cases you get. The lining could do with being a little softer, but other than that its perfect!
Can't find it on CPW, but I bought it in-store for £17.99

Glad to hear it fits! I bought the Belkin Merge Sleeve, but my Nexus 7 hasn't arrived yet.
Yes, agree. Quite nice.
Have a look in TK Maxx (if you have one near you in the UK) lots of Belkin bits going cheap in mine. Got it for £5

I got this sleeve also. Works ok. I find it just a tiny bit too short, so it is quite a squeeze to get the fully closed. I read elswhere that is was a bit too big, so hoped it would make a good extra protection when a thin shell and cover (like the planned Poetic one or Incipio cases) is attached, but I cant see the N7 would fit inside this sleeve with another case attached despite how thin it is.
I have the same, I really like it, I have also a Tpu Case, the S one, on my N7 and it still works with this Sleeve, so I am happy with this combination.
The problem with the current line of Note 2 cases as of today is that they are either very thin or very thick. I was after a case that gave total protection... while retaining compatibility with the current wireless charging mods, but after an exhaustive search, I found nothing !
I have the Rock flip case which is nice but does not protect the top and bottom of the Note 2 and does not work with wireless charging, also have the "real thing" Samsung TPU case but does not have a flip cover and is very slippery, even though it is not wet! Also have some of those very cheap and thin cases, and finally took delivery of a plastic bumper case.
The product I have is a combination of the thin case and the plastic bumper case. I just cut the sides of the thin case, slotted the remaining part onto the bumper case and ......

I had to sand the back of the thin plastic though as it was slippery..... brushed effetc as Samsung calls it:
Only drawback of this case is it does not protect the top right corner of the note, and of course no flipper !!!
The lip of the bumper case feels like silicon/rubber but it does not easily slip off. I am quite satisfied with this case and I think I will keep using it until I find what I want in the near future...
I've been wanting a nexus 4 like bumper case for our phone. However they all have that antennae cutout. I like what you did with the back of it

Anyone find a good not leather holster? Not the pouch kind sold at VZW.
Ebay has some, I bought one for 11 bucks, I don't have the link handy but if you check Ebay for LG G2 case with holster there are a few choices.
I checked it on Amazon and ebay they have some but..mostly are leather material..so waiting when the stock will get update...

I have the shell/holster combo with kickstand from VZW. I'm really liking the kickstand but not necessarily for setting it on anything. When extended it is comfortable for me to slip my ring finger through the stand and hold the phone which takes the stress off of my hand making sure I'm holding it securely.
As for the holster, it protects the phone very well. I find it almost too hard to pull it out of it though. I have to push it from the bottom instead of pulling it from the top because there is a lip at the top of the holster. And, you can't grab the sides of the phone to pull out because the holster encased it just enough to not be able to grip it.

I'm tempted to hack away at the top to make removal easier. The case itself is really nice, light, thin and textured. No ugly finger prints!

After musing over the various cases available for the G2, I finally settled for the Body Glove DropSuit phone case. Ordered mine over eBay and after using it for a bit - here's my brief review. The case feels like hard rubber and is odorless. The black on black really gives my G2 a sleek-cool-edgy look, which was what I was looking for.
The front of the case is only slightly raised without covering the phone's bezel so as to maintain the G2's gorgeous screen area. It allows me to place the phone face down without resting on the screen.

The Body Glove case fits snugly and doesn't add too much weight or bulk considering the protection it offers. If you're one who likes to use the phone with one hand - like me - the case bumper's provides a great grippy feel.
The case gave some decent protection when I accidentally knocked my phone to the hard tiles from my workstation. I think the corner bumpers really helped cushion the impact. Overall, for the price I paid, its really a great value product.
This is my favorite case. I buy it for every phone I get. I'm dying on the inside because they are not making this for the Verizon version

How does the Body Glove Dropsuit's weight compare to that of the TPU cases (e.g. Diztronic, TUDIA)?
Thanks
with this case phone looks is realy ugly))
Hmmmm. Very interesting: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pierre-Card...1&pid=100005&rk=1&rkt=6&sd=171853986960&rt=nc
Nice comparable price if they are any good.

it wouldn't surprise me if it was real leather. It's not going to be high grade leather at all.
And that's a case that fits over an existing plastic back?
They should make a slightly bigger case that fits over the leather back, so you can have leather on your leather when you want to lather your leather.
I just got one last week. The leather looks pretty real to me. The one BIG problem with it is that it only covers the sides of the phone and not the top and bottom. But beyond that, it doesn't maintain a very good grip on the phone. That is to say, it's way too easy to take the cover off by just tugging on a side ever so slightly. I dropped the phone once (on a mat at the gym) and cover basically flew right off. Had it been concrete, my phone would be a mess. With that said, it does feel good in the hand, and with the exception of the loose grip on the phone, I think it's pretty well made.
Using it. Not as slick looking as the original leather back, but provides quite a nice and good grip.

So it looks and feels good, but not very functional (since it flies off the phone with low height drop)
Thats too bad, the brown one looks real slick versus the overpriced stock backing from LG
