TouchFLO 3D wallpaper is zoomed-in alittle bit

Hey,
Has anyone noticed that the wallpaper on the Home screen
is a little too stretched?
It's like it's zoomed-in, and it shows only about 80%
of the full picture.
Is there anyway this can be fixed?

Yeah, I've also noticed this and I think it's a bit annoying. It would be great if anyone have a fix for this!

Actually, I made a mistake, it's not zoomed-in,
it just has a much lower quality, maybe HTC wanted to boost the tf3d performance.
Anybody else noticed it?

Well , I have the same thing. I have a picture which is quite large (but also decreasing the size didn't work) where only the top of the picture is shown and the picture is zoomed in. The bottom of it is falling of the screen. Maybe there are specific requirements for the wallpapers (size) someone knows of?

it's not because the image is shrinked.
the screen resolution is 480x640 so the wallpapers are
the tf3d screen is smaler, due to the bottom and top bar.
in wm6.5 you niticed that the wallpaper fits the hole screen, because the bars are transparent. i also asked the cookers, if it's possible to rewrite it to use it also on wm6.1 but the answer was: no it's not possible, because the homescreen/with menue are different.
your wallpaper must be smaler than 480x640, i don't know the exact resolution, but then it schould be look nice

Wel I have resized it to 338x639, but it still zooms in and so the whole picture is still not displayed. Fortunately, it's a painting of Maria Magdalena by Pietro Perugio, the face is displayed fine. But I would like to see the whole picture. If you have a Diamond HTC, I can upload the attachement so you can try?

i think you only have to adjust the height, not the width, it scales it i assume.. havent tried it though (never noticed it because i use the standard screen )

Wel both horizontal and vertical is smaller now than the 480x640, so that shouldn't be the problem.

[Q] Contact picture size

Hi all,
I have copied some pics for contact picture but it seems to big and the phone suggested to crop. Not same as the other I used, which can auto-resize picture to fit contact picture
Question is, what is the best picture size for contact??? Pls help

whatever size, as long as it's a square...
you can zoom or resize the picture using 2 fingers when you croping the picture

Q - Video decode in ICS rom

About hardware video decoder in ICS, I think it has problem, when I play video with black background (ex firework clip), it become speckled. (In firework clip, black background not pure black, and white too bright).
I havent meet that problem on any GB rom with any video player. Any suggestion for this case.
You can you my clip. I'm forget to take screen shoot when using GB rom, anyone could help me take screenshot in GB rom

to take screen shot you need to have root and a free app from market called "drocap" after it gets installed press and hold search button you will get pop up select drocap from list and screenshot will get snapped

As I said, I forgoten take screenshot from GB rom, because now I'm using ICS. I know how to take screenshot. That why I dont ask How to capture screen.
Just request help from someone, who are using Gingerbread rom download my file, take screen shoot, post here. Then I'll show you reault, we can compare different beetwen GB and ICS decoder.

[Q] Problem with Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i

hi all,
If i open the gallery in my mobile(sga 5830i), the picture appears somewhat blurred.
there are some different color lines appearing at the bottom and also at the top. The lines cut through slideshow and the menu that appear below the picture..
If I open from SDcard/DCIM, the same thing is happening. But while taking pictures from my camera, its very clear.
I rooted my mobile two weeks before as explained in this form and installed chainfire3d. Does these affects my mobile?
Can anyone plz tell me the reason for those lines.. What I have to do?

is the different color lines just only in one photos or all your photos??

you can freeze gallery using titenium backup and install quick pic from the play store , you will not get the blurred images

problem screen

i tested the screen with all screen test app and no damaged pixel are found
but i see a very Opaque black line in left my screen at some color
i atached the picture
please help me
