Ohhhh!! well....I sugest you contact a chef...such as NRGZ, or use the Wiki page to find the info you need.
iconsoft phonex
max tf3d theme maker
wiki current wm theme builders
another one
just a quick search, hope it contains something for you, didn't read wiki closely, so might be written b4 wm6.5.x
best
Thanks guys, but [ElCondor] helps me. The best program for it is wince cab manager.

Hello all together
Firts at all I am new in Rom development. =)
And now is, how can I integrate tf3d in my xperia rom (I'm using kovsky kitchen) ? When i put the tf3d cab in the rom it and i cook it it won't install on my x1. You can see on the display the "first startup installing window" installing tf3d... but after if the installation has finished tf3d is nowhere. How can that be? how can i install tf3d in a custom rom? is the cab file "designed" not to work in the rom installation? =D
Sorry if there allready a thread exists, but i didn't found one with my keywords. And sorry for my bad english
regards JoergSteiner =)
does anybody know a solution? please...
download jerpeleas OEM
it has the package for TF3D inside it (and many other topaz goodies)
Yes, like jonny says, download jerpeleas rhodium oem pack and just put the manila pack in your oem folder.
thanks 4 your answers.
Sorry for my dumb question, but where i can find jerpeleas manila?

With the growing number of ROMs and all the hardwork put behind them, I feel its time to have a comprehensive tutorial for skinning or theming WM 6.5 titanium.
There is a tutorial available, but somehow its very basic. Perhaps one of the theme GURUS can answer these,
1. Does wm6.5 require tsk files or has its own code.
2. Will themegen ce work with WM 6.5.
3. How do we edit an already created theme "cab" only for the wallpaper. No colour or any other change.
4. What if only the taskbars and the wallpaper is something you wanna replace. Do you need to create a theme or just edit the relevant files in an already created theme.
If some one can help in the above, I have a lot of time to create some great themes and even take requests.
WM 6.5 Gurus ...please help.
download any wm6.5 tsk and open it using WinCE Cab manager......study the files and reg included and u should be able to find ur way from there
Now thats magic...
Did exactly....on my way to making a new theme. Thanks agent.
Hi all, Does anyone know of a kitchen for the tp that has Manila 2.5 included in it (or is anyone kind enough to share theirs?). I know chefs don't like sharing their kitchens cos then others take credit for the ROMs but this is ONLY for my personal ROMs for my tp - i won't be uploading any as i think there are many talented chefs already for our device.
I have download the 23518 kitchen from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=580429
and then downloaded the Manila 2.5 files from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4956649#2
And added them to the kitchen following the instructions exactly. The ROM boots (strangely there is no settings icon in the start menu????) but Titanium is loaded by default. I try enabling Manila and it just gets stuck on 'tap here to launch HTC sense' then when i tap it says 'launching HTC sense' then back to 'tap here etc etc'?
Basically i want to build a ROM for myself like EnergyROMs (which is what i use normally) but would like to remove some stuff i don't use.
Thanks in advance
can't answer your exact question here..but you are in the wrong forum mate - ask away in the TP2 forums

o see. i think is manila or touch flow theme, i think its both. please guide me thru.
there are many kinds of themes...
for wm6.1 and wm6.5 (titanium or manila)... for spb... for wad... etc... etc...
in .tsk... in .cab... in mortscript... and some you have to directly copy the .png and .cpr and other files in certain folders.
better read ALL the theme makers instructions on how to install their themes/skins coz there are different ways in applying/installing their themes... asking here is not enough, you should ask the theme makers themselves in their threads.
Just a overlook -- intro for you!!
Touchflow 2D themes here:
Go through the first post for the tool required for installing the theme.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=451702
You will get the M2DC tutorial within xda-developers..
The *.tsk themes will change the menu/taskbar colour etc.
Introduction here -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=308505
Save the tsk file into "My Documents" on your device (not card). then start-->settings-->today ... choose from the list there... click OK...
Or google... you will be pointed to the xda forum again... which will be final destination for WM6 apps/solutions!!
Regards.

i just want to know the basic instruction mate.
Download the attached file. One of my fav theme.
If downloaded to PC, transfer it to your Mobile Device. Remember where have you stored it on device.
Start the Manilla customizer. Click on "Add", now locate the file you stored in your device by the tree stuctured directories. Select the file and doing a ok will bring this file to the cusomizer. Select it in the list and "Apply theme". It will copy around 310-320 files to your device. TF2D will restart automatically to bring you the new cute theme....
Now, start M2DC (customizer) again.. Using the Different tabs below you can customize it more for different fonts, to show ana/digi clocks or not etc etc etc..
Go ahead....
