Does any one know if there is a compact qwerty with right, down, left and right buttons?

HTC Opal tasbar icons

Hey,
Can anybody tell me where I can get the taskbar icons like the ones in this photo? They're the Opal's original ones. I got them in my first ROM somehow but since then I haven't been able to.. :S
