Creating touch flo theme

So I got a questions here, could not fine if it was posted so sorry if I'm asking same question.
Guys are coming up with there on themes for the touch flo, so was looking for a app to create my own theme.
Can someone send me in the right direction?

if someone could show me how to move it, i would love to, move it to another place. I just need some help thats all

Fist thing to do is unzip a theme and look @ whats inside it's images, so you can mix and match other themes bare in mind that the .xml may be different so if mixing you need to keep same or learn .xml "more info via search"
Then you can use Photoshop\GIMP to edit parts of the theme and dump it all in the .zip.
Now you have a theme

Which software is the best

Hi, Im looking for your help. My girlfriend is sgs plus user and phone started to reboot etc so Ive decided to get her a new ROM and I want your help with deciding which software would be the best for this phone - most stable and possibly fast. I am also kind of a noob when it comes to install any other rom than firmware so if anyone could help me with installing any of roms by telling me step by step what to do I'll be thankfull.

And I'd recommend to use CyanogenMod 10.1 R4 along with the K^Kernel in exUV 367 Mb variant.

"Best" or "Recommend" ROM/kernel threads are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself.
This is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion,and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.
Don't forget to make a nandroid before you start.

plz all developers put effort to cm13

our great developers(except cm13) busy in adding roms, features and other things, but they have to totally depend upon CM13 rom, as all the rom has basic cm13 bug, so my request to put together effort in cm13 team to fix the bug and make a rom stable and usable, more numbers of rom is useless but 1 buglessRom is Diamond, sorry 4 that, but after a bugless rom u can ad feature and create ur new rom..... thnk u

Niether this is the right way nor it is a right section to ask for.
We have seperate section for such querries and what so ever, this is developement section.
So keep it clean.
