Is there a way I can change the date in the notification bar to show the complete full date including the day like in HTC Sense UI ROMs?
Example: Monday, May 15th, 2010 instead of just May 15th, 2010

I have seen information scattered about this forum on how to display the date and time on the title bar. I cannot find it but someone was saying you can avoid having the date truncated by changing the short date time format. However, I am unable to alter the short datetime format as it is a drop-down combobox which only allows my to select two options - and I cannot customize it. Where do I customize that ? I cannot find anywhere in theregistry for doing this. Also, the date is bold and the time is not. How do I change it so neither are bold?
Hi guys, is there any way to change the clock colour on the status bar?
I am using StatusBar+ to completely customize my status bar. It had some issues when I first started using it, but the dev has released multiple updates over the past week and it is working great for me now. It has a way to hide all but the clock until you tap the bar, so it has the ability to save our precious OLED pixels from burn-in as well.
Great app and get's two thumbs up from me.
but its only an overlay....
True, but that is why it works on a completely stock note.
Plus if you root you can suppress the system status bar, thus making it a replacement as opposed to an overlay.
How do I make the Date visible in the status bar?
In the past, when I had an S3, I could pull down the notification and touch the date.
This would open world clock.
On S5 running Lollipop, when I touch the date in notification area its opening 'Date and Time settings'.
Is there a way to open world clock?
Thanks,
why am i missing the entry calendar under standard-apps? In my Google calendar, the date 31 is always indicated on the icon.
1 - Calendar isn't listed for me neither so it's a Huawei thing
2 - I'm guessing that you manually selected an icon for the calendar and that stops the dynamic icon changing. It only change the date when using the default calendar icon for the chosen icon pack.
