I have been searching and reading for a couple of weeks about this and cant seem to get an answer. It seems that everything is geared toward Youtube and Google video.
Is there a way with the kaiser to go to say CBS.com and watch the Masters on the broadband feed or to TSN and watch a hockey game?
Fogive me if I have missed it but a nudge in the right direction would be great.
no most of those websites are using programs and cookies you must download to view the videos, some are flash/java. most of this is based more on the browser you are using. Skyfire allows viewing flash sites, but i dont know how the quality of the video feed would look
im using a youtube player on my tilt, and i want to know if there is anyway to save the youtube videos so i can watch them when i DONT have service.

each Video In YouTube Has a link that equal with page address
1) take a note of page (video) link address
2) Open Your Web Browser And Go To www.keepvid.com
3) In www.Keepvid.com >> Enter Your Video Link (Which Noted) and then press download
4) You send to a page that have 2 links :

You can also try this program which you can use right on your phone to download vids from youtube and even other sites. So while you have service on your phone (say waiting in the airport) you can download vids right on your phone so you can watch them later on the plane.

When you go to Youtube directly from your browser it pulls up the mobile version m.youtube.com
When you click a link through facebook- it takes you to the main site which does not work on the HD7 due to no flash.
its because facebook links to the desktop (www.) version of youtube, the youtube app adds support for the mobile (m.) version, when you click the facebook link you get directed to the desktop version as the app doesn't catch the link and redirect you to the mobile site.
You have to have both versions of the YouTube app installed. The version that came with the phone is what it tries to launch via links. The HTC version plays nicer quality vids.
So, I use the HTC version when I'm manually surfing YouTube, and the stock one installed so it will launch when I click a link.

except as pointed out by aaronhope1972 and myself the link catch doesn't work from 3rd party apps, which is what the OP was asking about. Personally I just wish they'd get flash ported and we'd not have this problem
Wow, had never tried that and just did.
Sucks.
Interestingly the People Hub Facebook integration part directs to m.youtube, which will subsequently work.
Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated. Its a pity about that.

Yeah not MS at it's finest right there huh
If they'd only actually open a real dialogue with users about what we need from the phones
Hey guys,
I'm so glad I found this forum as I been going nuts trying to get a good flash video recorder for my web site. I have searched all around the web, but didn't found what I'm looking for.
So, I have a web site and I would like to upload a flash video recorder. It’s must be a smart flash downloading tool, Flash video capture can detect , download, capture flash(*.swf) and video(*.flv) and will be able to save flash files, capture flash video and download flash movies from websites. A player enables you to watch the downloaded videos offline.
What's the best you ever used? Does anyone know any good tool to record short video messages?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice!
