I started a thread in the Hero themes forum (because I have one), but figured that this mod would apply to any android phone.
This mods the workspace from 4x4 to 4x5 (or whatever you want really) and adds a column to the app launcher. I will post a tutorial soon.

This is very cool. I would definately use it if it could be ported to stock launcher. i think I will post in anderwebs thread so he could merge it into his launcher. Good work!

I'll take a look at other launchers to see how they are constructed. So far it's been working perfect on the Rosie launcher.

its one that was posted in the 'post your homescreen' topic.
it was annoying me as i couldnt find a lockscreen to match, so i made one. heres a screenshot of the lockscreen:
im not too sure if i'm allowed to post the .apk here as its a paid app so for now i will just attatch the .png's
there is also a landscape version included.
i can also include the dock icon if anyone wants it. the dock is the same as the lock background.
I have a big thread on WidgetLocker mods already.

just put the icons in the data folder to make them selectable. they are call blackUPS iPhone icons
After updating to VEGAn Beta 2, I decided to create some Gingerbread style icons for Launcher Pro and thought I would share them here. I only made a few (for the apps) I use but would be willing to take some suggestions to create more.
These are not official icons at all (except for the browser icon). Just ones to tide me over until the official ones become available.

First of all I want to say, I did NOT create nor had any part in creating these launchers. But there are two very good alternatives to get a Sense like UI back on your phone.
1st) ADW based Sense Launcher
2nd) LP Sense Launcher, based on Launcher Pro
Both are great alternatives to the real thing and look very similar to the HTC Sense UI.

Anyone know what icon pack that is?
It will be a while before we get a decent Ice Cream Sandwich theme and even longer before a functional rom. I couldn't wait so installed the new font, threw the wallpaper on it and changed the icons in launcher pro to the best ones I could find.

Use Go Launcher along with the ICS theme for Go Launcher and you get the exact icons in the Dock bar

Launcher pro,adw ex and go launcher (the more popular launchers) had this feature for a long time by now, just saying.
Or u can use desktop visualizer with any launcher
