Hi, I am thinking of getting an HTC HS U350 handsfree kit to use with my Sennheiser CX550 earphones. But I also want the additional functions of skip to previous/next tracks in WMP.
From other threads I understand that AudioManager_HeadsetTool_Setup.cab provides this facility with iphone handsfree kits on the HD2 so I wondered if anyone had either tried it with the HS U350, or knew of a similar app that would provide the same facility with the HS U350?
Thanks

greetings everyone . i use my hd2 in my car quite a bit. have a 3.5 mm jack running from back of my alpine head unit out to my hd2. i was wondering if they make a wireless remote to control the sense media player or the Windows media player. its very difficult navigating the controls without physical buttons
hi,
i am searching the exact same produt, a way to control play/pause, next/back remotlyfor wmp or sense media player
As far as i find it i will also let you know
Actually i have done something like a bridge for audio output of my hd2, here i have:
audio out from hd2 to bridge :
one jack to INT aux of my internal radio (so jack to jack in my case)
one jack link to the headset htc to let the play/forward/next enable to work with sense+wmp+conduit pocket player 4.1
I keep u informed about my research
why don't you cut off the stock earphones and solder a male 3.5 mm adapter?
Expensive solution perhaps - and probabl some flaws to this suggestion - but maybe there's a bluetooth control solution out there?
Hello, I'd like to ask you what do you think about using Creative HS-930i with HTC HD2. This headset is for iPhone but it has 3,5 jack so I think it could be able to work with HTC HD2.
Would you recommend me another headset?
I need a headset with microphone and some buttons (play music, pause).
Thanks.
i think it won't work
i once tried the original apple headset with controls, but they remote didnt work.
so i guess this is the same here.

Hello, I would like to have better headphones for my htc hd2 and would like the headphones to have the volume and music controls. So far, I haven't found such headphones yet, and also, will the remote control be functional on the hd2?
Which models would you suggest? I was also thinking of buying the nokia remote control for headphones and to attach whatever headphones you want, but still, will the remote be usable on hd2?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

May be you can customize & combine the idea (volume & remote control).
I've made a thread about fixing a headset that you can use to customize the headset
[GUIDE] Fixing Audio Jack + Wiring Info
Oh, nice idea, but I would prefer something to buy and to be ready to listen

So far,I've searched & I can't find similar product
So,my suggestion is the closest option
Hi, I'm using bluetooth headphones BACKBEAT-903 and work perfect, you have music, volume and call control. For a wired option I have the ZAGGsmartbuds allow play/pause music, call last number and have volume control, the price isn't cheap but if you get a 50% off code is more reachable.
sorry, I cannot put the links because I'm newbie. For Backbeat check in ebay and for smartbuds in zagg.com.
Hey Guys,
I'm currently in the process of converting the Galaxy Tab to be the new head unit in my car, the car's wired and ready to go but have one problem.
I really need a bluetooth media remote for the Tab so that I can change the tracks and volume without having to constantly look down at the Tab as I'm driving. The Tabs 3.5mm audio jack is going to my car stereo and would like a simple remote to control tracks and volume levels.
Don't really need one with a line out as that's already handled by the Tab, just a simple remote to control music, any ideas?
There are some amps that are called mini or floor amps. They have a remote control that controls everything from volume to bass. Search hexxamillion over at mp3car.com his install is done.
I hope thos helps you!

is there any remote control or an app that will allow me to change the music without first having to hit the power button to turn the screen on then press the next button while driving?

there are many many different bluetooth solutions in the market, that can do much more than just skipping songs remotely. Adapters, Radios etc. . if your car radio doesn't have bluetooth, there are several bluetooth remotes that connect through aux.

i have a gm9aux or whatever adapter on my cd player that has two rca inputs can you recommend one or a couple with controls for changing songs via bluetooth?
was looking at this adapter http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10827&cs_id=1082704&p_id=7364&seq=1&format=2
but like i said i need one with controls for changing songs as well
my car has steering wheel controls and there are tons of adapters for controlling iphones and ipods with it but none for the hd7 or windows phones
maybe Parrot MKi9100? - that one would enable you, to skip your songs, but also use voice comands, it also includes a handsfree set. Please search the web for more options on bluetooth adapters. Wait, in your case, mybe a new car radio fits your needs - one that connects to your steering wheel controls and has bluetooth to use with the windows phone - there would be the JVC KD-R721BT on the cheap.
Thank you 123fels321 that parrot kit will work perfectly i think for my application..
the only reason i do not replace the headunit in the car is because mine is a monsoon which is 1.5din and aftermarket stereos look like crap in the car while the stock unit looks perfectly fine and sounds decent enough after a speaker upgrade. so I am pretty much stuck with the monsoon.
