WM6 Crossbow rebuilt bug fix WM5 Camera included.

PDAVIET just release a completely rebuilt/customized WM6 wizard ROM. They are the same crews that realease the highly recommended WM6 ROM for the Universal. According to the realease, this newly built ROM has fixed most of the known problems. It's also faster than the original/unfixed ROM. Some of the following add-ons are included in the ROM.

Contacts manager
Sim manager
Traylaunch
BT manager
Task manager
Smartskey
many more....

Rought translation of post #79 which did the testing part before releasing the ROM.
Due to the high demand they rush it out, there are a couple of minor problems
1. Faster. When comparing with the stock WM6 the cooked WM6 start menu and windows respond faster.
2. Test with 15 software and they all work.
3. The add-on programs all work except:
TCMP can't play the new WMV pro codec; however, "that can be fix by copying the wmadecoder.dll wmvdecoder.dll from your WM5 windows and replace it." You can download the codec from the following post

4. Camera works good, but they forgot to map it to the hardware button which you can do it under settings.
It's faster without the need to OC although they have installed more apps in the ROM.
This is just an initial release, they will release the update with more built-in free software (if requested) and/or bug fix if requires.

HTC Diamond abnormal font behaviour

Hi All,
I need your help please, my diamond is displaying strange unreadable fonts as attached in some applications, the reason for this is enabeling the arabic windows mobile of "informability Fee Jeibi version 6.1 build 09.02.08" the arabic support version released on HTC official support site.
Disabeling the Arabic windows mobile makes these application work fine but of course the arabic letters are not displayed properly.
Steps I have done and didnt solve the problem:
- Exclude the applications from the "exclude/include" functionality in the Fee Jeibi settings.
- modifying the registry font items to increase/decrease and even changing the fonts in "HKLM/System/GDI/SYSFNT/Ht, Nm and Wt" and the same in "HKLM/System/GWE/Menu/BarFnt and PopFnt".
Any ideas to help me please?

I use Mobdiv 416 arabizer. It works great with these applications mate.
I did't try the official one..if you want the arabizer I have...tell me and I will upload it for you. I think its better than the one ur using.

When I installed it, it did not require any hard reset for the mobile.
I think you just have to make sure that the official one you installed is removed completely.

It is working great on my diamond with all the other applications too, I had to disable "Fee Jeibi" Arabizer because it is not giving the option to be removed from the system.

just updated my signature...but it doesnt matter because it is present in almost all landscape menus and with official last ROM too and ofcourse default radio which ended 03...

be careful, i've tested that rom and had ringtone problems. After a while it stooped ringing.

I remember it had at least throttlelock and coreplayer built in.

It was a really fast and stable rom except that the phone would stop ringing.

my friend, the author can't change the name of topic 21009.1.6.0, but if u go inside topic u'll see name of rom is 21109.5.0.
Everything not change except all bugs are solved!

i know that, i haven't had the chance to download the first version !! only the new 21109.5.0.0 one... so again i'm saying that this especific rom has problems with the ringtone. It is the same rom. If you can talk Vietnamese tell the author that the phone stops working and please do tell mr.PhamQuang that the v9 still has a litle graphic glitch on the phone screen if you press twice the menu button.

Thanks for the effort, but isn't including CorePlayer for free going a bit too far into non-legal territory ? I mean, it's commercial software, and it's not included by default on HTC devices.
For the sake of these forums it's better to refrain from making these kinds of mistakes.

Very simple as we speak M8....
Charge ur mobile battery fully.
Sync it with Active sync with your PC and update ur Dotnet till up to date.
Run Opal HArd SPL and a set of files will come inside the folder u have hard spl, a dialogue box will appear, dont click next and now paste the Rom u have downloaded into the folder and overwrite it..
Now Read the following steps in tat dialogue box and its done....

If you don't already have this, than you know how good this is, And well it's a WM6.5 ROM that's completely "NAKED" try it out, and it's fast. (The Link is in my Signature.)

You could try calling your service Provider to give you the Sim Unlock Code or you could pay someone to get you the code.

Can someone make a video on how to Hard SPL it??Please..I cant understand anything ...Sorry I still new in HTC Touch Viva...

I posted this response to this same question over in the ROM development forum.
I too am a relatively new user to this board and a complete newbie to flashing the ROM of my Touch Viva. I wanted a newer more finger friendly ROM for my touchscreen Viva and getting the exact answer to how to flash the phone wasn't easy.
I read through different posts and basically pieced together the information that I use from many different posts. I too was concerned about "bricking" my phone and wanted to get it right.
I've flashed my phone with roughly a dozen different ROMs and have finally settled on one that I like and have also flashed a second Viva with an upgraded ROM also. So if you take your time and have a little patience you can do it.

I made my own sense rom and that was 108mb getting jealous?

I just finished flashed.
Build 21896, sense 2.5 2012. missing HTC Task Manager , people and internet tab. 45% ram usage on boot (I installed Duttys Task Manager). nothing special in my opinion.

that tab was removed because i don't like it
everybody who touched your phone will go there and look what pictures you have there so i hate it
you can fast type any person pressing dialer and typing first letter from name
so is useless and resource hungry

Love your ROM for being lite. A very nice surprise (I've forgot how nice is the bounce back effect at the end of a list; sad that Microsoft didn't use it for 6.5.x builds). Thank you!
It was funny to read the introduction. It's sad that some people didn't understood your game. I was hoping to see the funniest thread.
(The Opera Mini is in Romanian, or is because of my settings; when I've installed opera mini myself it was in English, even with the same settings. Nice lock-screen)
