Solved sorry, just rebooted and then wallpaper was scrollable again...
I have launcher pro plus and widget locker. I want my home screen to have regular wallpaper and my lockscreen to have live wallpaper, how is that possible? In the WL settings I can change different wallpaper than homescreen but it takes me directly to the gallery so I get no choice to choose live wallpaper...

In home you have to go to: Settings -> Personalize -> Live background.
If you're talking about animated background for app drawer and statusbar, you can't.
Only the ViperX support this.
