It's really nice too. I picked one up this morning as well. I like the weight/feel in the hand a lot more with the EXT battery.

Can't go wrong. Double the battery for half the price. He asked me if I wanted it and at first I said no then I told him to throw it in.

Excellent battery life with the extended too! The cover holster combo is made to fit the extended cover as well! Very good buy...

Does the phone still work in the car dock with the extended battery? Deal breaker if not.

Offer is valid in store as well.... I picked mine up yesterday. Trying the standard battery for a few days to compare that to my thunderbolt.... so far its pretty good.
I'll probably switch over to the extended in a few days

It works with all the docks released...so no worries there.

Loving the extended battery. haven't put it down all morning and still only at 50some percent.

Just ordered mine - how ext. is ext?

So - are any of the cases going to fit the ext battery? I bought a case today and am thinking it won't fit with the ext. battery now.

Just picked one up. It feels really good compared to the tbolt extended battery.

Anyone feel like posting a comparison pic to see how thick it is? Is it really bulky in a pocket?

Just picked it up this morning just wanted to give my props on the phone. Only thing so far i've not been happy about is battery. Anyone picked up the extended battery? Any reviews on it being worth $50?

2nd battery external charger other than a dock!!

so i am looking for a 2nd battery that i can charge externally meaning not on the phone but like a second charger source other than a dock help would be appreciative thanks..

I just read somewhere in a forum today that there is a way to charge a battery just by using a usb cable with one end cut off and the wires exposed. You would have to google it to find it (what the post said). Think that is one option along the lines of what you are looking for.
*EDIT: You said something "other than a dock" in the title, so what I posted above wasn't a dock!

I have one and love it! It comes with a standard battery, and it also charges the extended battery.

I bought my BIONIC from CostCo and they threw that in with my purchase (along with a lot of other stuff).
I have dual extended batteries (best $50 I ever spent) and I charge on in that dock while the other is in my phone.

Yeah I already have standard dock but it doesnt charge batteries

Get one from ebay. They are cheap but does the job. Buy 2 just incase one breaks. If you want to go expensive way, get the OEM which comes with spare battery for around $40-$50. I have both but on ebay one, pins need to be set every time you insert the battery which is kind of pain. Also OEM charges little faster. As I said, even the cheap ebay ones will do the job.

Bought one today at Verizon and it works well. And came with a oem battery.
Took 4 hours to charge the extended battery I also bought at the same time.

Extended Battery for vivid

What's the best extended battery for the vivid that doesn't require a new battery cover? I got an Andida 2000mah battery but I can't really tell a difference in how much longer it lasts.

Its trash. There are no good batteries where you can keep the orig. Cover

I have found that most the batteries, especially the ones that are super cheap, are complete crap. The better extended batteries all come with a cover, at least to my knowledge.

Try the safpwr fusion 2. It is a case/battery, so you dont have to get an ugly extended battery that bulges out. I have one and use it daily.

[Q] Good cheap battery for Note II?

I'll be going to The Netherlands in a couple weeks and I'd like to have an extra charged battery in my pocket just in case... and for the plane ride. Any suggestions? something really cheap but not totally **** would be nice!

Oh and it has to be a normal sized battery not an extended one.

Why not just pick up another stock battery? Anything else youd risk it being sub par.

You could always pick up a USB battery. Last the entire flight with screen and WiFi on. Netflix and you arrive sleep deprived

Anker and QCell have both worked well for me. They both last just as long as the stock battery and at least on Amazon they each come with an external wall charger. I keep a charged battery in my pocket all the time now and it's great being able to quickly throw the charged one in the phone and instantly have a 100% charge.
