You know the drill, give your dad a big hug. Thank him for putting up with all your **** over the years. If your old enough sit down with them and have a few beers. Buy him a new electric razor, or a new tv. And most importantly, prove to him that it WAS a good idea for him to not get a Vasectomy, because otherwise you would't be here.
vasectomies are ridiculous.
When is that chemical contraceptive pill coming out for men!?!?

Unfortunately he is no longer and I no longer have a really father.
Anyway,Were ever you are my father, I wish you a very happy fathers day!!!
p.s see how, my father born on Sunday, married on Sunday, expired on Sunday and fathers day comes on Sunday. And also he was born on Jan month and expired on Jan month due to electric shock..... That seems unbelievable but its fact.....

23 right after college. My advice, stay there and have as much fun as possible.
I'm still living under their roof, I'm going to be 20 in less than a month.

I went to boarding school at twelve.
Then I came back at seventeen and left.......quickly
So. Technically it was seventeen
(boarding school is obviously supervised) but it feels like a longer time....

At 28....I moved when I got married. I'm 31 @ the momment. I lived like 15 minutes from them..lol.

Got the boot at 16.
Evil Stepmother.
15, had a single mother at the time and she bailed, didn't wanna be a mom anymore. Lived with an older couple for a couple months then the school counselor helped me get emancipated to make it all legal. I was signing my own school paperwork and permission forms, bills, loans, and student aid papers before I could buy ciggs.
15 originally. My mother didn't like me spending nights with my GF of that time; so i moved in with her instead! Guess what i was doing at a time when i should have been doing my exams?
Anyway, that ended so i moved home until i was 17 when i moved out for good. Been supporting myself ever since.
Those of you that have a supportive family and good home life should stay there for as long as they'll put up with you. It's the easiest way to save money for your future.

Hell freakin yeah. Amen. It's cool to live out on your own, bring chicks back to YOUR place. But you'll be regretting that move out when you're paying for college, rent, electric, gas, insurance, booze and weed at college with the money you're making flippin burgers full time just being grateful they give you a free meal once a day. Chicks don't like dudes with no money, even if he is living at his own apt. Bring em home to the spider man sheets. Most don't care and Mom is alot more understanding than you'll ever give her credit for.
Good thing my mom is so supportive, problem is even her is having a hard time financially and I can't find a freaking job!

People usually move out when they pass out of school..
I passed out of school.. got into college in the same city so didn't have to move out.
Passed out of college and got my first job close to my home so still living with them
Will move out if my work sends me else where or if I take a job elsewhere
moved out of home when I was 18 for stydies and work then came back at 25 cause of financial crysis at my country. No job no money
Finally got a decent job and trying to save some money so i can plan my next move but it's not an easy thing cause my family bussiness is preety much ruined by this situation so i got to support them too
I'm 25 now and living at my parents house. We've been moving 3 years ago, now the whole family has to help out on that farm stuff, which will take maybe 1 or sometimes 2 weeks in a year so nothing special.
I do not have to cook myself which is probably the best thing cause when u get home after work, pretty tired and u have to cook - that's probably one thing that goes for days but not months or years
I'll stay maybe one or maybe two years here, then I'll find myself a place - atleast that's the plan, cause it's not always good to be here, and some day everyone has to go it's own way.
Wow interesting answers... I was 17 when I left. Dropped out of hs and started working 3 jobs...Couldn't stand my mom stealing all my weed and she hated me taking all her box wine and store brand vodka..hehe. but if I had a "normal family" id still be living there! Is 33 too old to live w/ your parents?

Indubitably
I'm thinking of moving out in a few years. I'm still in university and working, I'm 19 I turn 20 by the end of the year. My mom's always been a single mother since she came to Canada, so I want to be able to help her out as much as possible and even though I'm 19... I get spoiled, hahaha so I still live with her.

Not necessarily. My mother is the most shallow, obnoxious person I know. Not to mention racist and close minded.
But if someones mom (and/or dad is good (speaking generally here) THEN STAY A LONG, LONG LONG TIME... like til your thirty... Seriously. Do it.
I left at seventeen and it was VERY DIFFICULT....
Is anyone else going?
It looks to be better this year than it was last year. I'm just happy that I'll finally get to see Alice Cooper perform (a)live.
I've been four different years, it gets worse each year. I have never paid to go, I work a few hours and get to play the rest. I'm liking the lineup this year, and I'd actually consider going (I didn't go last year), but my brother's graduation is the 9th, so no such luck.
Have fun, though!
I was looking into volunteering so I could get in free, but I just shook that off and gave them my money (maybe next year, if the lineup is as good). Friends wanted me to go last year, I didn't do that either. This will be my first year there (mainly for the good lineup). I hope it's good enough for me to want to return.
And thanks!
I didn't volunteer, I actually worked with a food vendor. My first year there we were actually on shakedown street, it was nuts.
Definitely have a good time, but remember to be safe. There's free water all around so keep yourself hydrated.
Last time I was there I ran into Jack Black at the Spicy Pie stand (great pizza, btw). He was strangely a very normal person.
Ahhh, gotcha.
My friends' band, Alabama Shakes, is playing up there, and I can't wait for it. And yeah, there will be plenty of water on my end and no drugs in the convoy. And I have all the camping equipment I'll ever need. I'm just extremely excited at this point.

Pre-order leads to anticipation
Anticipation leads to Angst, and high expectations
High expectations leads to disappointment
Disappointment when you get your new toy is bad.
So, just pretend you never ordered, stop checking every hour... and be happy when it shows up at your door.
Just a thought
Make sure when you forget you ordered it, don't forget day of delivery.

This is some really good advice. I remember being disappointed by both my Xoom and Transformer Prime because I built them up so much in my mind and hunted them down so relentlessly. You come to find out that you enjoyed the hunt and the purpose it gave you more than you enjoy the product after you built up all of those expectations.
Definitely agree. I usually check once a day. Of course, I'm trying not to freak out so much since I cancelled my 8gb and ordered a 16gb just today. Hehe...

This is good advice for anything in life. It really is just silly the reactions we have been seeing lately.

It's always like this for every new device launch. People revert to little kids. That's not such a bad thing. There is enough stress in life that it's good have an excuse to be a little kid once in a while. It's good to be excited and enthusiastic and rambunctious.
The toy may not be up to all the hype, but it's not that important. Good or bad, there'll be another sought-after toy to come along in a few months, and we can have another little girlie tea party. Wash, rinse, repeat. Such is the color of life, eh?
jUST ENJOY THE MOMENT WHILE IT LAST/ U CAN...
I enjoy the waiting a little. I find it exciting to know that I have something that I want coming soon in the mail. It is like Christmas but I know that I'm going to like what I'm getting.
This wait is nothing, I pre-ordered some $200 canal phones mid March which were expected in within about a month, by April they were delayed to June. I decided to wait and when June came around they still weren't in and now there was no eta. I figured I'd waited this long so sat tight, a few weeks ago I was told mid to late July so fingers crossed it'll be very soon. Another retailer is shipping them Monday so maybe mine will be just in time for my new Nexus hehe
Brainwavz B2's for anyone who's interested, I've made sure not to let the wait effect my expectations at all, the worst that could happen now is that I don't like them
Its been my experience that when you try to get a hot selling item as fast as you can, you end up having to pay way more than you planned to in the beginning. I'll be happy if mine comes before August.
