Looking for a good cheap battery replacement - HD2 Accessories

I am looking for a good cheap backup battery for the HD2 (ebay?) and I don't know which cheapo knock-off is the best.
I don't feel like spending 40 dollars for an original one.. Just to get a cheap backup (if it is safe)
So what have you used successfully ?
thanks

Leicke Extended battery - Amazon - £10.99 bargain!!

I just Bought one of these and it arrived today. £10.99 from Amazon!!
http://www.amazon.co.uk/HTC-HD2-Ext...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1298995158&sr=8-1
These batteries have a good reputation on here, and really seems like a quality product.
The battery door fits perfectly and although its plastic the kickstand is aluminium and I think it has to be the same quality of the HTC one, anyway for 10 quid its a bargain!!
I bought one of those "cheap" 2400ma ones recently for my defender case project and haven't got it to report properly in 2 weeks, so I'm hoping to use the Leicke along with Arnes 2300ma kernel
Just Charging it up now so I'll ad a quick review after ive used it for a bit
Thanks for the info!! I've bought before in Amazon and just for coming from Amazon.. couldn't be bad!
Result?

So...how was the result? I only found that same battery for 22 pounds, but its still cheaper than the original HTC extended battery of 41 pounds.
How is it working? Is it worth buying?

Help in buying new extended battery.

Hey guys i am planning to buy a little boost to my hd2. I like to buy an extended battery+battery door with kick stand+protective backcase ( that flexible cover pannel which protects from drops, scratches etc)
And the problems are, as i never used an extended battery b4, i dont know which one is good, is there any 3000+ mA version?
Have any one used such a higher capacity one which realy works? Also i need the battery door with kick stand.
The other thing is that can i get a protective case that supports the dimensions (ie,the backdoor bulge when using an extended battery) of extended battery??
Guys pls help me out. I am from india and so pls provide me a dealer that ships to india.
Thanks in advance.

You are so helpful...
....
You could buy something like this :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2400mAh-Extended-Battery-Door-Cover-For-HTC-HD2-HD-2-/220713693102?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item33638fafae
Free shipping to India. When it comes to original extended battery it is almost impossible to find it..
The one linked above can be found as cheap as £3.99, the quality of the rear door as very poor & battery is closer to 1800mAh than 2400.
If budget & availability exists get original HTC extended battery or look at the CS extended battery as another cheap easily sourced option.
Looked both links. Confused... as always.. hundreds of options.( in ebay itself). thats why i asked for some one who used a real extended battery. I meen pls provide a link to a battery that is real extended and not fake china ones, which any of u have used( i never gonna belive or buy by checking wht internet says), and is proved good.
Also need a backdoor with kickstand and a protective case tht support extended batterie's backdoor.
Currently i am using the default battery and with a flexible shell type protective case. The case is originaly for desire hd. But hd2 fits into it perfectly. All i have to do is to cut open a little portion of case for led flash and speaker. ( lol.. spend almost a week in search of hd2 protective case in almost entire state itself. No luck. So bought this one)
HD2 HYPERDROID EXTREME EDITION V6.0.1 @ FIKERT KERNAL.
Why don't you just buy a spare battery+external charger? I have bought those from dealextreme it was less than 10$ and after 6months I'm still very happy with it
Simply the best one with kick stand quality back cover & only one with genuine quoted mAh is HTC genuine extended battery.
Second option is Mugen but it is as expensive as HTC genuine & mAh rating is a little over stated & back door is not as good.
The HTC genuine also has no issues using all cell power but some cheaper ones require pulling & re-inserting at 50% level.
The cheaper ones on eBay are appalling quality all round & a pointless bulge with little extra power.
Conclusion=Only decent extended battery & kickstand door is HTC one so search eBay or mobile stores & find one shipping to India.

Agree with you +1, ebay 2430mAH Gold Battery (Slim) 2 units ( 1 unit used, 1 unit charge) plus china wall charger. After using you will appreciated.

I bought an official HTC extended battery from this ebay user and it's holds up great, if your like me and use you're HD2 a lot during the day this battery is a must have. Here's a review/info for it http://youtu.be/LgKiMSSX9Rw.
For a case that fits an extended battery go to this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1316516
P.S. make an offer for the battery i got mines for $38.
Cheap standard sized CS battery with worldwide shipping is £5.35 at moment on eBay.
Not bad for spare or to get an old battery dead HD2 running for a while, also good for those with no local options ...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120887562999
Good thing is if never arrives or does not meet your standards the chance of full refund is very high ...
One hint:
If ur planning to buy a cheap ass battery, you can even better use ur stock battery, cause these cheap battery's can only destroy ur hd2.. and doesn't expand the lifetime that much.

Need help deciding on this case (Seems worth it)

Hey guys I was browsing around for a nice case at a reasonable price for my Nexus 7 and I came across this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/PU-Leather-...?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item27c98128ab
and
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Navy-PU-Lea...?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item2c66e92d25
They are both from the same vendor I believe but one thing that worries me that in the first picture it seems to cover the navigation bar. Also I seem to like the second style because its unique Id really appreciate your input thanks
EDIT: Bought the first leather one will post review once I get
This is e-bay/amazon, they all sell the same crap.
My advice : go for it.
It's cheap, it's pretty bad, but at the end you get an extra cable, a descent stylus and a cheap case that you can replace when there actually will be good cases on sale. It will keep your tablet safe for the next few weeks/months.
thanks bought it will post a review once it comes. Bought the leather one instead of navy blue

This, lol. Get a cheap one for the meantime until you decide if you want a really nice case. Some of them can be hefty investments, but if they last, then it's worth it! Case in point, I've had the same Incase shoulder bag for years without too much wear.

Good inexpensive case?

I'm looking to spend at a maximum price of £4 on a case as I'm forking out another £10 to get the 2015 version of this phone for the 4G so I need an inexpensive case. An included screen protector would be great too (doesnt have to be anything fancy, just to cover the screen for a while til' I'm used to the phone)
I'd prefer to order on Amazon, I have searched there but I'm just looking for feedback from people I can 100% trust (You guys)
as far as cases go you wont find one that covers the front screen sadly. Ever since I got this phone I've tried looking for one with no success. but best case I got is this case http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MC0KEP2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 cheap and durable. And for screen protector! http://www.amazon.com/Mr-Shield-Gen...lacement/dp/B00MXXTQN4/ref=pd_bxgy_cps_text_y sorry if above price range!

Haha you got a Moto G2 aswell,
nice seeing you over to here from the XPlay days
edit
i recommend the supcase
Slightly over your budget @ £5.99 GBP + Delivery Charges since its under £10; but it does have an Integrated Screen Protector: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fosmon®-Mot...9938&sr=8-23&keywords=moto+g+2014+hybrid+case
Or you can buy a similar one off eBay for £3.95 GBP which is stocked in the UK: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FULL-FRON...t=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item3a8e61b385

Haha yeah man I remember them days my play's long gone now, might start some developing on this phone since I'm selling my current one to a family member that wont always need it so I could possibly use it as a dev unit, then use the newer one as a daily driver

Sweet man, would love to see you on the scene,
Shame I found this on Amazon UK:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/MOTOROLA-VARIOUS-COLOURS-RETRACTABLE-iPhone/dp/B00PUI9W38/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1426688033&sr=8-11&keywords=motorola+moto+g+2nd+gen+case
Looks good and only 3.95
Which one did you eventually decide on?

Has anyone tried the off brand battery cases for the Note 8 that are $20 - $27?

Has anyone tried the off brand battery cases for the Note 8 that are $20 - $27 such as Himino, VProof, etc? Most of these cases are 6500 mAh and about $10 cheaper than the Zero Lemon 5500mAh battery case. So far they are getting good reviews on Amazon.
Thinking about trying one of them out for $24 or so.

Not trying to sound like a D. But you bought a $1k phone, do you really wanna go cheap? Zero lemon is one of the best brands of battery cases. They make quality stuff is why. Wouldn't trust many others might cause harm to Note or not as good of quality. Pay the extra $10 and get Zero Lemon.

I agree, but the smaller zerolemon is clearly the same case everyone is selling. I have 5500mah $20 case. It works perfectly

I've been using one is the offbrand battery cases does 3 months without issues. I definitely agree with your concern of just throwing cheap accessories at expensive things. I feel the same way, so I quality test any cheap accessories I purchase for expensive items, and perform any mods or upgrades I can to the items.
This case I have for example, I added extra solder to the contact points for the battery, and used silicon to seal it up better, as there were a few spots they did a crap job on. $20 and nothing more. For people not so experienced or daring, get a more trusted brand product for sure!!!
This is all great advise guys appreciate everyone's input. I am always a little hesitant to go with the cheapest batteries for my Note x smartphones but having said that over all the years I have only had one replaceable battery expand on me and it was a Samsung brand which they replace overnight.
I will probably give one of re 6500mAh battery packs a try and see how they perform, I may even get the Zero Lemon 5500mAh battery just to compare.
I have been using an off brand battery case since December and no issues so far.
