I’m trying to install “ZenEXP 0.9.6.2” ROM.
Fist I was having this error, when I Installed, It was not Booting, It turn ON, it shows the HTC White Boot, then reboot, ON, Reboot, ON, REBOOT. (I did not do the REBOOT, do it by itself)
Then I Get IT to Work by Wiping Everything…
I first Wipe Everything, Dalvik, SD, etc, EVERYTHING.
Then the ROM start Working, I Set Up all my settings and when I Turn Off the Phone and Turning it ON, it wouldn’t Boot Up.
Then I Reinstalled the ROM, and Set Up Everything, and Run the Zen Updater to download ROM Updates and the same Problem, It Won’t BOOT After everything is Installed....
Any Help?

Ok so I'm pretty sure my phone is done for, but I thought I'd see if anyone knew a solution before I go buy a new phone
Yesterday I dropped my phone (which was running Slimbean), but I popped the battery back in and it worked fine. Then about three hours later, it randomly shut off while I was using it, then started going into a bootloop. Occasionally it will start up all the way, but I'm lucky if its on for 10 minutes before turns back off and starts bootlooping again. I got it to boot into CWM, (the first time it shut off while I was in CWM) and wiped everything and reflashed Slimbeam, but it didn't change anything. Any ideas?
Go back in and do wipes on everything but external drive reflash wipe cache + dalvik cache + fix permissions then boot. Let sit 10 minutes before doing g any setup with Google or phone. This allows all drivers to load and configure prior to having more data to configure.

I recently started to use ViperOne 6.1.0 on my HTC One, with S-Off. After setting all the tweaks, everything goes fine, except for when I reboot my phone, it stays in the boot screen. I have reset my phone, reflashed the rom with and without wiping the phone. When I do wipe, I can reset everything and go into the phone. But when I reflash without wiping, the phone boots, goes through the upgrading apps screen. When it is all done, it goes back to the boot screen and just sits there. HELP!
EDIT: I wiped, and flashed rom fine. I restarted the phone fine, but as soon as I restored using Titanium Backup, the phone will not reboot right. The problem does not happen on other roms, such as Android Revolution 62.0. I really want to use ViperOne, but I also want all of my data. Can somebody please help? I have not tried to flash a custom kernel yet.
FIXED: It seems as if upon reboot, the viperone sidebar was crashing somehow. Once disabled, everything has been running smoothly.

trying to do the wipe cache & dalvik
Hello all. I have been in the Android root community for a little over three years, and even after tinkering with the various devices I've owned since, I cannot get my T599N to come out of its current bootloop.
A background: I had been checking some things in my settings app (running stock, rooted), and I ended up just force closing the settings app to get out of it quickly. Well, this action deleted all of my text messages, and later on it removed my notification bar and made my wallpaper go black. I ended up booting into recovery mode to try and clear the cache. After it cleared, I rebooted, and bam, the bootloop started.
Now, here's what's interesting. The phone is in a bootloop where it displays the first boot message (SGHT599N Galaxy Exhibit or whatever), and then it tries to boot into cwm recovery, displays the loading screen for that for 2 seconds, and just reboots again. I've tried installing a stock rom from ODIN with no success. The rom apparently loads onto the device but it's still in the bootloop. After this, I tried to install philz recovery to try to install a zipped rom to get the device to somehow boot. I tried to factory reset it for installing purposes, and it just reboots. The device will literally clear everything but /data, so that makes me think that it may be a file system problem. I really need to get it to work, as I am out of a phone right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried everything I know.
Hello there,
I've just found my old GT-S5300 from back in the day, and I tried turning it on to eventually use it again.
The issue is that when turning on, I get the usual "Welcome to GT-S5300" screen, and it tells me to "Touch the Android to begin"; when trying to do so, my phone doesn't let me go to the next screen to connect to Google and all the miscellaneous steps that come later. The touch screen does react, I can change the language/type a number in emergency call, the Android flashes when I touch it but it doesn't let me go to the next step.
I have tried factory resetting/wiping cache & data but nothing does it, I keep getting stuck on the same screen.
I even tried flashing a custom ROM and the stock ROM, but it seems my phone can't read the SD card I insert in it, I don't know why (32GB, works on other devices).
I have CWM Recovery installed so whenever I go to Recovery mode I have the CWM Recovery menu which appears.
Before burying it in my closet, my phone was indeed rooted.
Do you have any idea if there is a way to use this phone again? Thank you!
I have a W150 which was *very* slow and not working correctly. Try and open the Play store? Nope, returns to menu. Go to settings and factory reset? Returns to the menu. Try to get into recovery? Black screen. So I figured I'd nuke the storage and flash the original ROM over it.
Downloaded the factory ROM from XDA. Erased recovery, boot, cache, userdata, recovery and system. Flashed recovery, boot and system, then rebooted. It booted up into WearOS 1.5 just fine - connected to the phone and set it up. Downloaded the WearOS 2.0 OTA update, installed fine. Amazingly responsive again, just like when I first got it. Update said it was done with version 2.0.0.153815175 - no further updates available. I had 2.35 before.
I unlocked it, picked up the 2.35 OTA update from XDA and used adb to sideload it - this resulted in a constant ly animating Google logo screen. (It was running 2.35 before but picked it up OTA).
Back to fastboot, wipe, reinstall factory ROM. Boot up, set up, all good. Download the 2.0 OTA update, it reboots for the install and never comes back up. Flashes the LG logo, then black screen. Neither fastboot or adb see it.
I tried letting it charge up to 100% before attempting the install, and also tried the install while it was connected to power, but same result. If I boot it into fastboot, I can wipe and reinstall 1.5 and it works fine. I can also unlock and install TWRP which works fine. Trying to get into stock recovery results in a black screen, even with 1.5.
I suspected the battery but it's still good for two days of light use, and I was keeping it charged while doing all of this. (I have tried applying the update on battery power only, no luck).
Any help appreciated!
