Hello,
I just bought an HTC One in Germany (Vodadone) to use in Brazil and it is working just fine. But since it is a Vodafone version it takes longer to get Android updates releases. I was wondering if it is possible to flash the Developer Edition image, which is carrier free, on my phone and stay true to the original HTC build.
I know that there is the dev build available for download on htcdev.com. Has anyone tested it? Is there any tutorial here on how to do that?
Thanks in advance.

You can flash the US Dev Ed from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265820
in case you didn't already know, must be bootloader unlocked, rooted, and have custom recovery.
If you mean an RUU you will have to wait for s-off and supercid

As far as I understand (which isn't very much, to be honest), you probably can't flash the ATT version to your phone. But if you're interested in rooting your phone and all that, you can probably flash different ROMs that will keep you up to date with the newest Android releases, like CyanogenMod, Paranoid Android, AOKP, OmniROM, etc. I don't have all the technical know-how, and I won't tell you which ROMs are "best" or even which are available; you can always check out the Android Development section for that stuff.
push
can anyone give me some information about that
I want to flash Android 4.4 over my 4.3.
I will likely wait until 5.1 is released before going to 5.0+
How would I do this on my tmobile version?
I download rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/stock-rom-c6602-v4-2-2-10-3-0-423-t2356455
edit: saw that it has no LTE. I need the one with tmobile LTE if anyone could link me to one.
follow steps:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/tutorial-how-to-flash-stock-roms-t2240614
Is that it? Looks easy enough, just need to make sure the rom is correct.
Just want to make sure the rom I posted above will work on my tmobile C6006.
Also is a deoxed rom or a rooted one available? Can it be flashed on my locked boot-loader?
I need some clarification is all.

Wrong forum bro, we have an Q&A section for questions.
Also, if u use search function and read a lot, you will learn a lot so you will understand what to do and more importantly: why to do.
Because otherwise you will most likely brick your device unnecessary.
sorry.
Also you can close this.
I found out that flashtool lets you download roms directly from the application.
Greetings, I bought today a new Huawei P9 (EVA-L19C605B135).
Looking around xda and other forums, and I couldn't find any guide or hint to make this particular build update to Nougat.
I read that is able to debrand this phone (I don't what that mean and how to do that btw) and install a custom ROM with the latest firmware... my question is, can anyone could guide me through this process? do I need to unlock bootloader? roo? twrp?
I have it just out of the box.
Please, I would really appreciate any help guys, I'm new at huawei. (had a moto for 4 years, stolen last week)
Thanks in advance. Just need a little push.
EDIT: NEVERMIND! Just got the official nougat update, thanks.

Can i use 58.1.A.5.530 Customized EEA on a XQ-AS62 (USA) device?
You can downgrade firmware only if you purchase "MLR unlock" through qUnlockTool
On top of that you will need to find firmware for your specific device because most likely you will run into issues otherwise

Hello. Did you downgrade successfully using this tool? to do this "MRL unlock" I should purchase creds? I pressed this "MRL unlock" and received 144 error or something like that) Also what exactly this MRL means? Can I downgrade from 12 to 10 android using this and without unlocking bootloader?
Thanks
I eventually grabbed what remaining Android11 release from xperifirm and these are

@georgevdl thank you if you can please.
Main reason is to just extract the proprietary blobs and the modem for next round of LineageOS18.1 updates and ultimately av one last updated major LineageOS version available for folks not ready for Android12 and those Apples copycat restrictions.
@biopsin no problem, glad to help with the development of Lineage OS
