i was wondering if anyone knows a good way to do call recording....i need it to do both ends of the conversation, and not have to have it on speaker phone. using phoenix 4.5 right now btw
Some ROMs with some phone.apk do it perfectly. see Twingerbread screenshots.

Paragon 6 now includes call recording. I have tried it and works well. Plus trying another rom would give you a reason to flash. LOL

One bad thing about paragon dialer is that when call is connected and u pull up the dialer pad, there is no letters!

Download an app from the market called "Blink".
You can test some led colors and you will see only green works
you want mean that flash works until i unlock the screen?
The changelog for Light Flow seems to indicate that HTC phones handle their LED differently from other manufacturers. I could not get it (i.e. Light Flow) to flash the LED when HTC mail was used.
Hopefully HTC will provide a configurable LED flash time in an update.
No news about?....

We will have to wait for a dev to develop a kernel with a BLN option.

No flashing light's nothing that indicates u have SMS or missed calls, just vibrates.

I contacted Samsung about this and they say the S3 mini does not have any notification LEDs and the holes next to the front camera are sensors for detecting movement to stop screen turning off when someone is looking at screen.
I know it's stupid ain't it no LED indicators, no way too know.

It can be the same as the galaxy s1, just blink of the softkeys (back and options) at least make the ON to know there is something

The vibration when I get an SMS message is driving me nuts and I can't find a setting to turn it off! Please tell me I'm missing something simple to disable it?
Message then click on menu then setting then notifications

Hi there! Does anyone know how to disable the camera sound while taking a picture. Tried to mute ask volume but it doesn't work.
Thanks.

Try search...
Easiest option is to just cover speaker. Other try null rom (I made modded cam, but only works for old firmware)
After the latest update everything is working perfect, but a lost snapchat and the camera sound.
All notification sounds and touch feedback sound are still there.
So I guess there is a way to switch the sound on and off.

Yes, it was figured out how to mute the sounds by a few very bright folks here. There is a tool on here you should try called "search". I know of two threads at least where it's covered in great detail.
