ROOT OR NOROOT

where are yu guys
You can install custom ROM's, use utilities like SetCPU (to lower temperature maybe)
It is definitely worth unlocking (Rooting), but remember the you will lose your warranty.
They still fixed my phones even though they were unlocked, you might get lucky too.

Just search.
Seriously search before you keep asking for help. this has been asked billions of times.
If you dont know What the F you are doing please dont mess with it. You will prob end up messing up your phone and cry about it.
I beleive XDA should setup a post limit before anyone can start a new thread, at least 100 posts.

The more you bump your thread the less likely it is that people will be willing to help you.
The best answer is to search and read. There's lots of great resources here but nobody can take your hand and walk you through it step by step.
Before you do anything...search for rooting without unlocking the bootloader. That's what I did and enjoyinh custom ROM's without losing warranty.
Read, Read, Read, Read!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have no idea what rooting is, and if you haven't seen the post about rooting without unlocking your bootloader. I'd advise you to stick with stock. It's pretty hard to brick the N1, but if you know nothing at all about rooting, and the advantages, then you don't need to play with your phone, you just might F something up. The phone cost too much for you to be experimenting.

Sounds like your not the type to do this. I would recommend keeping your phone the way it. By the sounds of it, you would probably break it beyond repair.
You don't care about learning about it, you don't read about it, and you haven't even spent the time to look up what the terms mean.
Everything is here on the forums, spend the time.
If you do not want to actually do the work, you will most likely break your phone, then come crying back to us.

very same opinion. listen to the man, a senior member.
or have a geek buddy around your area do it for you. play it safe.
once you wreck this thing, its pretty hard to recover.

can't you read? "it never did"
and it's nothing about being stingie - we need to keep the dev section clean of pointless threads so that it is easier to find the threads which actually contain some credible, useful information
a simple google search of "one click root 1.6" .... the first result says, in the little description "The issue is that the only way devs know how to root 1.6 is to downgrade to 1.5"
.....so, you tell me....does the one click root work on donut? see how easy that was?
and for the record, he was not being an asshole, you were being selfish and inconsiderate
maybe the reason no one ever answers you in the QnA section is because your answers can be found by a simple google search
have a look at these....go back an google the question in as few words as possible and you will see what i mean

well first off you need to know how to spell. but no it hasnt ever worked. its been thatway for about a year. you would have known that if you actually searched. ps maybe no one replies because you ask obvious questions that you would know the answers to if you took the time to search it? its a good skill to learn if you want to continue to be an active member of XDA

it's a meme, a lame one, it reminded me of OP.
You've got to be kidding me. I've been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It's just common sense.

I'm already failing thats why i asked for help
I don't know if here have latex support...
And my english is really horrible, but I'll try to give you a hint...
First you will need to know about 2º degree equation, about rational/irrational roots...
Things like these:
(x-2)² = (x-2).(x-2) = x(x-2) + (-2(x-2)) = x² -4x +4
I don't know if these are the things that you are searching for, but if you have the hint in your mind you can solve easy these problems....
Those are pretty easy.
I would like to explain how to get the answer, but it's hard not being able to type out fractions (without doing this: x/y).
So I Googled "discriminants and roots" for you and came up with this site.
Good luck.
Hello!
I have a s3 mini with a broken screen and a dead battery + the proximity sensor is dead...
Now to repair it it's gonna cost more then getting a new one.
Can I convert it to different display? e.g. tv or monitor with hdmi/dvi input?

then perhaps you should not waste everyone's time by posting a thread when you already know the answer
if you had bothered to search you would have found several comments from people who have tried and not managed to get it working
and this is samsung s3 mini
not sony s3 mini
I know the answer yes, it's possible I just don't know how...
Probably I shouldn't ask this in a s3 mini forum, u really cant be nice if u own a s3 mini... Like the previews owner of mine that threw it in a wall.

feel free to show proof that it is possible, to my knowledge there is no hardware support aside from serious hardware modification to do this
which requires in-depth information of the chipset in the device
as far as being nice
you were rude first, i responded

yes you are.
if you dont know the answer just dont post a reply or rush. it has a posibbility to make a phone TV*
+ its hard to find with searching. send e-mail to developers. like maclaw and marcin. they know whats goin on android phones.
http://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/devices/chromecast/
They made this... what is it? An android with an hdmi port.
you just can't come and say it's impossible. Maybe someone knows something?
@factorexh that's already a lot of info actually.

not mad
just limited on patience for dumb end users who choose to be rude and are also too dumb to search for answers before posting nonsense
without detailed hardware information it is not possible
so please feel free to share what you know

that is a usb device that connects to the TV that allows you to share movies and pictures
that hardware has been designed to do that
as i have already stated, unless there is a detailed hardware spec of the device you cannot modify the phone to cater for your requirements
sure go ahead and experiment with connections and soldering different points on the board, but unless you have the information you stand a high chance of either damaging the phone further or burning your tv hdmi port
so has there been any information found on how to do this?
please share as i am keen to see the results of your investigations and testing

it's also possible to fly to space but it requires some things configured
my statement still stands that it is currently not possible
no one has tried or even likely to bother trying since there is no detailed technical spec document shared to the public
It would take days maybe even longer to be able to map out the full circuit board just to understand what happens where and what is needed to make the conversion
just accept this and leave it at that

There's a thread dedicated to this type of discussion, so you'd be better off asking there...
