A high-performance JIT was introduced in Android's Dalvik runtime environment and the browser got some very deep optimizations. These enhancements make Android's performance more competitive than ever.

Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
Maybe its some sort of system dedicated resource space so it cant be used from anything else then the system itself.

We need serious optimizations for speed and memory. Upgrades should be upgrades, not downgrades. Features are nice, but not at the expense of usability.

By the way, an online store called newfrog has the Migoo I6C 4.5" SC6825C 256MB+2GB Dual Core Android 4.4 Cellphone with only $55.99 with a look like iphone 6.
Overall, their functions work well, but do you like those cellphones?

Topway/Unbranded Allwinner T3, Quadcore A9 1.6GHz, Android 5.1.2 — NOT Compatible.
