Change the font of a widget - Android Themes

So, I'ld like to change the font of the widgets on my home. I'm not asking how to change fonts, I know that.
I just want to know how to know what font a widget use (for exemple DigiClock Widget) and if it's possible to give it a custom font without have to change the system font ?
Thanks

Digital clock in specific picks up ur system font. Most apps also do that, although some allow u to download market font packs and use those instead.

I know, but is there a way to know witch specific font it's using ?

Em most of the time, the apk will have an asset folder, with the font file inside it.

question about tajm and battstatt

hey does anyone know what font is used for battstatt and tajm?
isn't it just the default font from your phone? someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I've seen battstat and tajm on an xperia and it uses sony's font for it.
yes I think it's the default but I want to use the same font on my PC ...so I kinda need to know what it's called...
if you haven't changed the font on your phone than it's just droid sans, and droid sans semi-bold. if your rom has a custom font than open the rom.zip on your computer and look in system/fonts/DroidSans.ttf double-click and windows will show you the real name of the font if it isn't Droid Sans...
cool ill try that

Anyone know how to change the fonts used in "compose mail", in the mail app?
I'm on the Revolution ROM (Gingerbread), & I think the font is Times New Roman - I'd like it to be Arial (so nobody can tell if I'm sending mail from desktop or mobile )

At description of go keyboard emoji plugin at play store they tell u how to do, if i remember right, u must replace some font files at /system/fonts in order to see emojis
Or u buy for exakple emoji font installer root or something like that, they do it install automatically
i used emoji font updater(root) and it worked..
but without colors..
any way to make it colored?

I think it would be way easier for you to use an app like Font Installer Root to install a new font. I do not think that you can just replace one file.
