Anybody running into the same problem?
Im on the Legend2slide rom and rosie LWP.zip (works great with other LWP) but Kang-o-rama Galaxy S Pro port LWP are not working....anybody knows why?
Didnt work for me either on Slidemeroot5r1 but in all truth there are some wallpapers that will not work right or at all considering the phone was not made to support them in the 1st place. I simply uninstalled till a later time.

I believe the problem has to do with the phones screen density I've run into the same problem with all the kang wallpapers and droid x wallpapers the galaxy s and droid x screens are far more dense than our 320x480 screen

Is it possible that someone could grab the Mario live wallpaper to use on the slide? I tried getting it from the market but it seems Slide users won't be able to get it that way. I got my Slide rooted and would love to use this awesome wallpaper.

It works? I read through the whole thread but all I saw was someone saying it didn't work on the slide. I just download and install the .apk and apply it as a wallpaper?
Your slide has to be rooted of course and the rom that you put on has to support it.so a stock slide will not run lwp.

can you disable sense defaults in menu and use adwlauncher as a home replacement and use lwp?
Could someone make a version of the stock Droid X non live wallpapers that fit the heros screen?
If you have one and want to make it fit you need to resize it to 320x480

I believe someone has one for download on the android development forum. Look for the topic "droid x ported from evo" or somethin like that. He uses an avatar that looks like patrick off of spongebob.

I got most of the dx wallpapers on my sd card. They are not resized for the hero, but the crop box doesn't cut much off.

I could be wrong but I believe the correct size is 640 x 480 ... for wallpaper on the hero anyway.

so whenever i try to set a live wallpaper on my rooted g1 on any rom i've used, it makest the wallpaper black and then goes to the static wall i had before that. does anyone know how to fix this.
It may be that the lwps ur r using are too heavy for the g1 try androidify lwp it comes with the app

I have looked in many places and have found some 'themes' but I would like an actual rom.

Yeah I have seen that but:
1. Doesn't work on the aria
2. I was looking for a rom that was exactly the same as samsung galaxy s2 - like same applications, same home screen, same lock screen etc...

if the launcher doesnt work, what makes you think a rom could be made from it?
The launcher wasn't specifically made for htc aria - thats why it didn't work.
but a rom has to be made specifically for ONE phone so i was wondering if someone had made one?
