I rooted my phone and everything. I have live wallpapers installed. And I was just wondering. What some other awesome 3rd party apps were. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone. I switched my stock ROM on my Aria to the Liberated R012. But recently, I switched to the Liberated FR007 and I noticed the live wallpapers selection. I want to switch back to R012 because I like the speed on it. But I noticed that it isn't able to set live wallpapers. Is there an app for 2.1 that allows live wallpapers to be set? Thanks in advance.

Check the aria forums, there is a way to get them on liberated 12.

I'm using Nova Launcher. Can I completely disable or freeze sense 5? Sorry for the nominees. First Android in two years. All the tips and tricks are slowly coming back.

Not yet I don't think, theres more to sense than just the launcher. I'm sure theres a senseless rom somewhere in the works.
Thank you. I like how minimal sense is but the screen is pretty big and I love customizing the heck outta my phones. Having control over things like icons, icon arrangements, and the grids on the screen.

Hi all, I'm new to the xda app and just got the HTC one .
This one is the best android phone I have ever had.(pun intended) .
So, I have noticed that I can't acces the downloads icon in app drawer but only through web browser.
I have seen one HTC one video of a guy having the downloads icon.
Wondering if I could get a third party or shortcut to it ,thanks

Sure does. You know how much of a pain it is to swipe away apps.

Kill button
The Renovate Rom includes this feature:
- Added option for people who are using a kernel with "Logo2menu" to map long press back as kill app
Yes but still app hanging in recent apps list

I was told it was not possible (see post below). Although it is possible in Cyanogen mod so I dont understand why not...

Long story short, basically all my widgets freeze and don't respond to touch and don't update.
Everything comes back for a few minutes if I kill the launcher and then they all freeze again.

What ROM? Clean or dirty flash? What launcher? Any other mods, like xposed? You should provide as much information as possible please.

Have you tried booting to recovery and wiping cache partition? That'd be my first recommendation.
Yeah that was the first thing I tried. I did some googling and apparently it's an issue across a wide variety of phones and Android versions.
